I have been a very satisfied customer for more than 10 years, great store, very helpful and competent employees, everything important in stock, bought SSD hard drive because mine broke and received a valuable tip from the very attentive employee about cloning using software from the hard drive manufacturer. Klar, etwas teuerer als direkt beim Online Händler, aber dafür schneller Service und Personal welches auf Kundenwünsche eingeht. Ich habe früher alle meine Rechner selbst gebaut und das auch eine Zeit beruflich gemacht, heute fühle ich mich bei den Kollegen in Amstetten in guten Händen. Very good, competent advice and work. Sure, a little more expensive than directly at the online retailer, but faster service and staff that respond to customer requests. I used to build all my computers myself and did it for a while professionally, today I feel in good hands with my colleagues in Amstetten.

Selbst für Tipps für die Anwendung, verständlich und geduldig auch für einen Laien erklärt, wurde dann auch noch Zeit genommen, obwohl das Geschäft gut besucht war. Edit : Aufgrund nachträglicher persönlicher Erfahrungen Stern abgezogen. Mit 1 Computerproblem hingekommen, konnte nicht behoben werden - nach weiteren Verzögerungen endlich wieder abholen können, zu Hause selbst recherchiert und Problem selbst gelöst. Time was even taken for tips on how to use it, which were understandably and patiently explained even for a layperson, even though the shop was well attended. Got there with 1 computer problem, could not be resolved - after further delays I could finally pick it up again, researched at home and solved the problem myself.

Und genau bei letzterem liegt das Proble: Der Adapter hat im Shop 10€ gekostet. Online findet man komplett gleiche Teile um 1-2€. Das ist meines erachtens nur ein schlechter Witz. Ich zahle gerne 10, 20 oder wenns sein muss auch 30% mehr um heimische Geschäfte zu unterstützen. Aber um das 5 bis 10fache.... nein danke Da bekommt lieber Jeff fein paar Pesos von mir. And the problem lies precisely with the latter: The adapter cost € 10 in the shop. You can find completely identical parts online for around € 1-2. I think that's just a bad joke. I like to pay 10, 20 or if need be 30% more to support local businesses. But by 5 to 10 times .... no thanks Jeff would rather get a few pesos from me.
