R	Robin Fuchs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finde es nicht gerade toll das man die Derzeitige Situation des Coronas nutzt um dersrtige Anschriftungen zu machen das Mundschutz und Desinfektion vorhanden ist. Ich meine ehrlich, ist uwar nicht schlecht, was ich aber hoffe, dass man es wirklich nur dann anbietet, wenn man weiß, das Krankenhäuser und Ärzte noch genug davon bekommen, denn ich finde das diese bevorangt werden sollten. Sollten diese dadurch einschränkungen haben, Patienten zu behandeln ist es wirklich Suboptimal. Weiß zwar nicht ob man soviel kaufen kann wie man will, aber wenn das der Fall ist, soltle man nur eine gewisse Anzahl kaufen dürfen. Tut leid. Als ich einwilligte und mit Karte bezahlte, bemerkte ich danach, dass er mir aber 39€ abgerechnet hat. Als ich dann zu Hause war, durfte ich auch noch feststellen, dass er mir ein Mittel gegen Nagelpilz mitgegeben hat, statt einem gegen Warzen. I came to buy a wart remedy. A seller talked me into a means of 26 €. When I agreed and paid by card, I noticed that he had billed me 39 €. Tirol und sonst wo gab's zur Auswahl? ? Tja, von Mauer/Amstetten nach/in Tiroler Dörfer um Aspro doch etwas zu weit. Kurzum rief ich Apotheke um ⚕ an und fragte wer Heute Nachtdienst hätte. Nachdem 4 gar nicht abgehoben hatten landete ich bei Nummer 5 hier i CCA wobei der Apotheker freundlich zu meiner Nachtdienst frage meinte: Ja, wir sind da! (Die Apotheke kann nichts dafür, für dieses bescheuerte System der Aktuellen Nachtdienst- Geheimhaltung auf Google und Co.!) Well, from Mauer / Amstetten to / in Tyrolean villages around Aspro a little too far. In short, I called the pharmacy at ⚕ and asked who was on duty tonight. O	Opis of Hyperborea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grunsätzlich eine gute Apotheke. Meine letzte Erfahrung dort hat mich aber so wütend gemacht, dass ich sie hier als ein-stern-rezension mitteile. Bisher konnte man sich von der Apotheke einen Zettel ausdrucken lassen, mit dem man rasch und unkompliziert zum PCR Test im CCA gehen konnte. Quasi eine Voranmeldung, um schneller dran zu kommen.Das machten nicht nur wir, sondern auch andere so. Damals schon fiel mir auf, dass der Andrang groß ist und evtl. Die kapazitäten der apotheke übersteigt. Letzten Freitag wurde uns dann von einer recht präpotenten apothekerin dort gesagt, "Nein, das haben wir hier nie so gemacht. Das kann nicht einmal der Chef. Das kann nicht sein. Gehen Sie auf niederösterreichtestet.at. das kriegen sogar rentner hin. Stellen Sie sich in die Schlange." (Quasi: wir haben damit nix zu tun, war nie so, du lügst. ) wir wurden von oben herab behandelt, ich habe mich "ogschoasslt" und verarscht gefühlt. So kann man doch nicht mit Kunden umgehen!? Später verstand ich auch, wieso: die Schlange vor der teststation war fast bis raus zum Eingang. Die apotheke kann bei so einem aufkommen den service gar nicht mehr anbieten. Liebes cca-apotheken-team: Es wäre anständig gewesen, wenn ihr euren Kunden einfach sagt, dass ihr diesen Service nicht mehr anbietet. Anstatt uns wie idioten zu behandeln, die nicht wissen was sie wann wo gemacht haben. Basically a good pharmacy. My last experience there made me so angry that I am sharing it here as a one-star review. Up until now, you could have the pharmacy print out a slip of paper with which you could quickly and easily go to the PCR test at the CCA. Quasi a pre-registration, in order to get it faster. Not only did we do it, but others too. At that time I noticed that there was a lot of rush and that the pharmacy's capacity might be exceeded. Last Friday we were told by a very prepotent pharmacist there, "No, we never did that here. Not even the boss can do that. It can't be. Go to Niederösterreichestet.at. Even pensioners can do that. Jobs Get in line. " (Quasi: we have nothing to do with it, it was never like that, you are lying.) We were treated from above, I felt "ogschoasslt" and ripped off. You can't deal with customers like that !? Later I also understood why: the queue in front of the test station was almost as far as the entrance. The pharmacy can no longer offer the service with such a high volume. Dear cca pharmacy team: It would have been decent if you simply told your customers that you no longer offer this service. Instead of treating us like idiots who don't know what they're doing where and when.
