★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Gattin und ich sind gestern in der Kaffeemaschinen-Abteilung auf eine unfreundliche Verkäuferin gestoßen. Bei der Kasse haben wir den Wunsch geäußert mit dem Filialleiter darüber sprechen zu wollen. Der nette und freundliche Filialleiter war auch rasch zur Stelle und konnte unsere Zweifel bezüglich Displaysprache einer ins Auge gefassten Maschine durch Inbetriebnahme selbiger schlagartig beseitigen. Wir haben die Maschine dann aufgeklärt, glücklich und zufrieden gekauft. Nochmals herzlichen Dank dem freundlichen Filialleiter. Wegen der unfreundlichen Verkäuferin nur 4 Sterne, ansonsten alles Top.
My wife and I ran into an unfriendly saleswoman in the coffee machine department yesterday. At the checkout we expressed the wish to speak to the branch manager about it. The nice and friendly branch manager was also quickly on the spot and was able to eliminate our doubts about the display language of a machine in question by putting it into operation. We then explained the machine and bought it happily. Thanks again to the friendly branch manager. Because of the unfriendly saleswoman only 4 stars, otherwise everything was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon lange nicht mehr so unfreundlich behandelt worden. Weißhaariger Herr in der Abteilung Handy und Bluetooth Boxen mega abweisend, wenn man etwas fragt. Wollte nur wissen welche Box besser ist und ob man sie ausprobieren kann. Sehr abweisend reagiert, mega unfreundlich. Manche Boxen waren auch nicht aufgeladen und er fand es scheinbar nicht nötig alle anzustecken.
Wäre interessant ob er es auch gemacht hätte, wenn jemand nicht mit Skaterbeanie hin gegangen wäre.
Gehört meiner Meinung nach nicht in den Verkauf.
Haven't been treated so rudely in a long time. White-haired gentleman in the cell phone and Bluetooth boxes department, super dismissive when you ask something. Just wanted to know which box is better and if you can try it out. Responded very dismissively, super rude. Some boxes weren't charged either, and he didn't seem to find it necessary to plug them all in.
Would be interesting if he would have done it if someone hadn't gone there with a skater beanie.
I don't think it belongs in the sale.

Eigentlich das gesamte Personal ausgesprochen freundlich - bis auf eine Dame mit langen, schwarzen Haaren - in der Abteilung, in der man die Kaffee Entkalkungstabletten findet. Sehr unmotiviert und leider auch sehr unfreundlich. Hab dann aber eine andere Dame mit knallig roten Haaren gefragt und wurde TOP beraten! Deshalb leider nur 3 Punkte.

Actually, the entire staff was extremely friendly - except for a lady with long, black hair - in the department where you can find the coffee descaling tablets. Very unmotivated and unfortunately also very unfriendly. But then I asked another lady with bright red hair and got TOP advice! So unfortunately only 3 points.

12.2021 and we didn't realize we couldn't go in, so we just showed them what we needed to buy and they brought it out for us. Very fast, very efficient, the two girls honestly deserve a raise!
