Die Mitarbeiter nehmen sich Zeit um alle Fragen zu beantworten, die Kamera wurde bei Kauf nochmals ausgepackt und alles getestet. Leider ist mir erst eine Woche später aufgefallen, dass ein kleines Teil fehlt. Dies habe ich telefonisch reklamiert. Das Teil hatte ich bereits einen Tag später in der Post inkl. einer Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Echt top, mehr kann man da nicht sagen. Danke für Alles! Very friendly and courteous team, you like to drive a little further. The employees take the time to answer all questions, the camera was unpacked again when it was purchased and everything was tested. Unfortunately, I only noticed a week later that a small part was missing. I complained about this over the phone. I had the part in the mail a day later, including an apology for the inconvenience. Really great, nothing more can be said. Thank you for everything!
S	Selina Großsteiner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heutiges Ergebnis vom Reisepassverlängern unseres 2 jährigen Sohnes: wir wurden von der BH abgewiesen, da unsere Reisepassfotos nicht der Norm entsprechen, welche eine Woche zuvor beim Hartlauer gemacht wurden. Leider haben sich die Normvorschriften für ein Reisepassfoto noch nicht bis zur Firma Hartlauer durchgesprochen. Wir haben auch erfahren, dass wir kein Einzelfall sind und täglich Leute zurückgeschickt werden für neue Fotos. Also geht lieber wo anders hin, Preis ist ja überall der gleiche, und spart euch einen zweiten Weg zurück ins Geschäft für neue Passbilder. Lieber Hartlauer, einmal und nie wieder!!! Today's result from the passport renewal of our 2 year old son: we were rejected by the BH because our passport photos do not meet the norm, which were taken a week earlier at Hartlauer. Unfortunately, the norms for a passport photo have not yet spoken out to the Hartlauer company. We have also learned that we are not an isolated case and that people are sent back every day for new photos. So you'd better go somewhere else, the price is the same everywhere, and save yourself a second way back to the shop for new passport photos. Dear Hartlauer, once and never again !!!

Bin sehr zufrieden damit und sollten die Funktionen der Kamera nicht verständlich sein gibt es ja noch das Benutzerhandbuch. Ist ein kleiner dicker Schmöker jedoch sollte man nur darin nachsehen wenn man etwas nicht versteht und wirklich gute Laune zum darin blättern hat. When you buy the Nikon D 750 and then get very good professional answers to my questions until today. I'm very happy with it and if the functions of the camera are not understandable there is still the user manual. Is a little fat browsing but you should only look into it if you don't understand something and have a good mood to flip through it.

Leider durfte ich mir den artikel nicht ansehen da er nicht ausgepackt werden darf. was mich sehr verärgert 1129€ gibt man ja nicht jeden tag aus! Dafür gehe ich ja in ein beratungsgeschäft. Wenn ich es nicht ansehen kann, kann ich es auch online günstiger kaufen. Mitarbeiter/innen sind immer sehr freundlich. I wanted to buy the apple macbook today. Unfortunately, I was not allowed to look at the item because it was not allowed to be unpacked. which annoys me a lot €1129 isn't something you spend every day! That's why I go into a consulting business. If I can't look at it, I can also buy it cheaper online. Employees are always very friendly.
