Weiter so! very friendly, competent staff. I especially noticed the lady at the cash desk with her friendliness and cheerfulness! Keep it up!

Ich wollte Laufschuhe, welche in die Kategorie Stability fielen, da meine Füße nach innen knicken. Das war neben dem Preis eigentlich meine einzige Anforderung. Ich fand dann auch relativ schnell einen passenden Schuh und wollte mich dann noch im Geschäft umsehen und dann fiel mir auf, dass mein soeben ausgewählter schuh kein Stability Schuh ist. Etwas verwundert sprach ich die Dame darauf an und sie meinte nur: "Ach der Schuh wird wahrscheinlich nur im falschen regal gestanden sein". Es stand aber dann auch auf dem Schuhkarton... Man kann schon mal einen Fehler machen, aber dann sollte man diesen auch zugeben und mich nicht für blöd verkaufen. Ich war dann so enttäuscht, dass ich mir dann einen tollen Laufschuh bei der Konkurrenz gekauft habe. Initially polite and nice advice, the lady was also competent. You can make a mistake, but then you should admit it and not fool me. I was so disappointed that I bought a great running shoe from the competition.

Die Fahrradhosen und Trikots sind gut verarbeitet, leiern nicht aus und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung. Die Gelpolsterung find ich am angenehmsten gegenüber der überteuerten Stoffpolsterung der Marke Lö...er. Außerdem ist der ältere Herr in der Beratung spitze ! Und seine persönliche Erfahrung und Meinung vom Radfahren und Laufen ist mehr Wert als eine Produktbeschreibung vom Hersteller. "Hervis" muß dankbar sein für so engagierte Mitarbeiter.
