Bedienung war bei mir stets kompetent, freundlich und Hilfsbereit.
Fair prices and good quality, but the discount on special offers is rather small. Nevertheless, I like to go shopping there because the price / performance ratio is just right for me.
The service was always competent, friendly and helpful for me.

Leider nur eine falsche Werbemasche
T-Shirts mit 13,95 € Outletpreis. 50% macht 6,98 €.
Leider doch nicht. Nur als 3er Paket für 35€ möglich. Also 11,67€ pro Shirt.
50 % weigerte sich die Verkäuferin zu geben.
So wird man bewusst belogen.
Daher nie wieder in den Shop.

Unfortunately not. Only possible as a 3-pack for 35 €. So € 11.67 per shirt.
The saleswoman refused to give 50%.
So you are deliberately lied to.
So never go back to the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ? Schade, dass die aller erste Rezession für PETROL Industries gleich mit 1 Stern anlauf nehmen muss. Ich persönlich kannte dieses „neue“ Fashionlabel bis dato nicht. Da mir jedoch eine Jeans (Joggerstil) gefallen hatte, kaufte ich mir diese spontan hier im Salzburg Outlet Center. Nach der Anprobe @Home merkte ich, dass sie mir erstens nicht gut passte und zweitens ich auch nichts gutes zum kombinieren in meinem Kleiderschrank hatte. Bin daraufhin nach 4 Tagen wieder zu der Filiale gefahren um die Hose zurück zu geben. Leider teilte man mir mit, dass gesetzlich keine Geldrückgabe (in Österreich) möglich sei und uns als Kunden diese Lösung nicht zustehen würde. Eine perfekte Aussage bzw. Handlung um einen Neukunden für eine nahezu „neue“ Marke für sich zu gewinnen. Ich erinnere an folgende These: Ein unzufriedener Kunde kommuniziert seine Unzufriedenheit an durchschnittlich 11 weitere potentielle NEUkunden!
? Too bad that the very first recession for PETROL Industries has to start with 1 star. I personally did not know this "new" fashion label to date. However, since I had liked a pair of jeans (jogging style), I spontaneously bought them here at the Salzburg Outlet Center. After trying on @Home, I noticed that firstly it didn't fit me well and secondly I didn't have anything good to combine in my closet. After 4 days I went back to the branch to give the pants back. Unfortunately, I was informed that it was not legally possible to return money (in Austria) and that we as customers were not entitled to this solution. A perfect statement or action to win a new customer for an almost "new" brand. I recall the following thesis: An unsatisfied customer communicates his dissatisfaction to an average of 11 other potential NEW customers!
