★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eigentlich nett und zuvorkommend - zu Mittag bzw anderen Stoßzeiten aber heillos überfordert da anscheinend total unterbesetzt obwohl zu den anderen Zeiten 5/6 Mitarbeiter zu sehen sind... (:-(
actually nice and courteous - at lunchtime or other rush hours but hopelessly overwhelmed as apparently totally understaffed although at the other times 5/6 employees are to be seen ... (:-(

Glasses ok, I chose it myself, unsure operation (apprentice)? Little choice, next pair of glasses at my regular optician again!

Are not very willing to give advice. And too expensive. Not a large selection of eyeglass frames.

Very nice, competent and not pushy young man who gave me very good advice. The glasses were ready for collection after just one (!) week.
