A	Alina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin zufrieden. Zentral gelegen. Es gibt kurzfristige Notfalltermine, die Damen sind recht nett am Empfang. Herr Waser hat eher ein finnisches Temperament. Nicht so gesellig, wie es sich manche wünschen würden. Vermutlich daher auch die negativen Bewertungen. Wer Klingklang, ätherische Öle und Traumfänger in der Praxis erwartet ist hier definitiv falsch. Kenne Herrn Waser nun sicher schon über 10 Jahre und ja, ich habe ihn schon lachen gesehen, das kommt auch vor ;-) Die angeschlossene Optikabteilung ist sehr bequem, aber teuer. Es stimmt, dass man oft zwischen den Räumen hin und hergeschickt wird, aber ich denke das beschleunigt einfach den Ablauf. Was mir nicht ganz so gefällt - wenn die Dame am Empfang die Medikation der Patienten rausbrüllt, so dass jeder mitkriegt, welche Krankheiten man hat. Trotzdem von mir, einem emotionalen Finnen, fünf Sterne! Am satisfied. Centrally located. There are short-term emergency appointments, the ladies are very nice at reception. Mr. Waser has more of a Finnish temperament. Not as social as some would like it to be. Presumably therefore the negative reviews. Anyone who expects ringtone, essential oils and dream catchers in practice is definitely wrong here. I've known Mr. Waser for over 10 years and yes, I've already seen him laugh, that happens too ;-) The attached optics department is very convenient, but expensive. It's true that you get sent back and forth between the rooms, but I think that just speeds things up. What I don't really like - when the lady at the reception yells out the patients' medication so that everyone can see what diseases they have. Still from me, an emotional Finn, five stars!
S	Sabrina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nein, ich bewerte diesen Arzt und das Team nicht (muss aber Sterne anklicken) und kann bzw darf ich auch gar nicht, denn ich war noch nie dort!!! Mir stellt sich einfach nur die Frage, warum dieser Arzt so negativ bewertet wird!!?? Nur weil er keine Märchenstunden mit den Patienten abhält, oder weil er nicht "Freund" spielt, oder um was bitte handelt es sich???! Solange ein Arzt seine Arbeit proffessionell erledigt und es sonst keine Probleme gibt, dann passt es doch!!! Wartezeiten hin oder her! Das wichtigste ist doch, dass er unseren Augen hilft!! Oder denkt da jemand anders??? No, I don't rate this doctor and the team (but I have to click stars) and I can't or may not, because I've never been there !!! I just wonder why this doctor is rated so negatively !! ?? Just because he doesn't hold fairy tale lessons with the patient, or because he doesn't play "friend", or what is it, please ???! As long as a doctor does his job professionally and there are no other problems, then it works! Waiting times or not! The most important thing is that it helps our eyes !! Or does someone think otherwise ???
H	Harald Perner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit vielen Jahren Patient bei Dr. Waser, über die Termineinhaltung kann ich nichts schlechtes sagen , werden bei mir immer eingehalten und ich bin 4x im Jahr beim Arzt. Personal sehr freundlich und Dr. Waser ist bei mir auch immer freundlich und sehr kompetent. Ich weis nicht was man hier auszusetzen hat. ich kann den Arzt nur empfehlen. I have been a patient with Dr. What, I can't say anything bad about keeping appointments, I always keep it and I see the doctor 4 times a year. Staff very friendly and Dr. Waser is always friendly and very competent with me. I don't know what to complain about here. I can only recommend the doctor.
S	Se Mu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinationsassistentinnen sind immer sehr nett und freundlich. Wartezeiten halten sich absolut in Grenzen. Ich bin schon seit Jahren Patiernt bei Dr. Waser und immer sehr zufrieden. Er wirkt -wie die Vorposter angemerkt haben- tatsächlich distanziert, aber ich nehme an, dass dies einfach seine Art ist. Untersuchungen passen aber immer. Dr. Waser war bislang immer sehr höflich und es hat immer alles gepasst. Er macht auch ab und an Späßchen :-) Daher 5 Sterne. Wer auf der Suche nach einem „Kaffeekränzchen“ ist, ist in einer Arztordination einfach falsch. Ordination assistants are always very nice and friendly. Waiting times are absolutely limited. I have been a patient with Dr. Waser and always very satisfied. As the previous posters have noted, he actually seems distant, but I suppose that's just his way. But examinations always fit. Dr. Waser has always been very polite and everything has always worked out. He also makes jokes every now and then :-) Hence 5 stars. Anyone looking for a "coffee party" is simply wrong in a doctor's office.

Was very positively surprised, friendly and very hard-working team. I got an appointment at very short notice and didn't have to wait too long there either!
Y	Yanill Niederberger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin seit Jahren Patient beim Dr.Waser gewesen die Ordies(ehemalige) waren immer sehr nett und freundlich allerdings ist da eine Neue (blonde) Ordinationsasisstentin die sehr genervt unverschämt und unfreundlich ist die glaubt das die Patienten aus Langeweile in die Praxis kommen ich bin mir sicher wenn der Arzt die behält das er bald keine Patienten mehr haben wird. Manche Menschen sollten sich überlegen was für ein Beruf sie machen wollen den wenn ma keine Nerven und Geduld für die Patienten mitbringt dann hat man definitiv den falschen Beruf (bin selber Ordinationsasisstentin ) und wenn ich so mit den Patienten umgehen würde hätte ich definitiv keinen Job mehr. I've been a patient at Dr. Waser for years, the ordies (former) were always very nice and friendly, but there is a new (blonde) surgery assistant who is very annoyed, impudent and unfriendly, who believes that the patients come into the practice out of boredom, I'm me sure if the doctor keeps them that soon he will have no more patients. Some people should think about what kind of job they want to do, because if you don't have the nerve and patience for the patients, then you definitely have the wrong job (I'm a surgery assistant myself) and if I were to treat the patients like that, I definitely wouldn't have a job anymore .
