Die Beratung war eine bodenlose Frechheit & uns wurden unnötige Kosten aufgebrumt. z.B das man einen UV Schutz braucht, da dieser sonst nicht gegeben ist & eine Brille für einen 2,5 Jährigen entspiegelt werden muss, da sonst keine klare Sicht gegeben ist. Die Beratung erfolgte von einem Lehrling, der die Brille nicht mal richtig anzeichnen konnte. Ich empfehle euch allen, schaut rüber zum Pippig dieser ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Hier bekommt man eine kompetente Beratung zum top Preis! We asked for advice about glasses for our little son. The advice was a bottomless cheek & we were incurred unnecessary costs. E.g. that you need UV protection, otherwise this is not given & glasses for a 2.5 year old must be anti-reflective, otherwise there is no clear view. The advice was given by an apprentice who couldn't even mark the glasses properly. I recommend you all, look over to the Pippig which is only 5 minutes away. Here you get competent advice at a great price!

Meine Brille ist vor Ort gebrochen und trotz bald schließender Öffnungszeit, haben mir noch alle geholfen, eine passende Ersatzbrille, welche ich dann kostenlos bekommen habe, zu finden. Ein wahnsinnig toller Service, den man wirklich nur empfehlen kann! Mega dear staff! My glasses broke on site and despite the opening hours that were soon to close, everyone still helped me to find suitable replacement glasses, which I received free of charge. An incredibly great service that can only be recommended!

K	Katharina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaufte vor 3 Monaten eine stabile Babybrille. Nach 2 Monaten war der Bügel abgebrochen. Daraufhin kam ich in diese Filiale. Mir wurde gesagt, ich muss eine neue kaufen für 130€, wobei ich fragte, ob das nicht auf Garantie ginge, etc. Nein, nur bei Lackfehler meinte sie. Eine Mitarbeiterin meinte ich sei nicht versichert, ich sagte, das spiele keine Rolle, da ich alle 2 Monate eine neue Brille holen müsste (bei der Versicherung werden 70% des Preises übernommen) Dann sagte sie zu einer anderen Mitarbeiterin, dass ich es nicht verstehen würde. Diese sagte unfreundlich und schlecht verständlich wieder "ja sie sind nicht versichert. "Sie verstehen das irgendwie nicht oder was. sie müssen die neu kaufen da gibts nichts." Ich sagte: Nein, dann nicht. Am nächst möglichen Werktag war ich in der Fielmann-Filiale in der Lentia. Dort sagten sie mir sie würden eine Weile brauchen. Der Mitarbeiter kam mit neuen Bügeln auf der Brille zurück. "Das ist ein Service von uns" auf die Frage, was das jetzt kostet. "Diesen Service gibt es JEDERZEIT und wenn sie wieder kaputt wird, einfach kommen." Absolute Frechheit, diese Filiale. Bought sturdy baby glasses 3 months ago. The bracket broke off after 2 months. Then I came to this branch. I was told I have to buy a new one for 130 €, asking if it wasn't under warranty, etc. No, she only said if there were paint defects. A member of staff said I wasn't insured, I said it didn't matter because I had to get new glasses every 2 months (70% of the price is covered by the insurance) Then she said to another employee that I did not understand. Ich wurde "von der feinsten Abteilung" beraten und habe mich relativ schnell für 2 Modelle entschieden! Ich fühlte mich bei der Beratung wirklich als "König" und war mehr als zufrieden von dem Freundlichen Personal und vor allem hatte ich das gefühl das die "Berater & Verkäufer" wissen wovon sie reden und was sie verkaufen...!!! Ganz besonderen Dank an Fr. Schläger die unter anderem mit einigen Handgriffen und Blicken genau meinen Geschmack getroffen hat...und das bei dieser riesigen Auswahl an Brillen etc...!!!Vielen Dank!!!
