S	Susa M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wollte für meine Oma einen kleinen In-ear-Silikonaufsatz für ihr Hartlauer Hörgerät nachkaufen, weil einer kaputt gegangen ist. Leider durfte ich keinen erwerben, weil der Hörgeräte-Akustiker nicht zugegen war und die anderen Verkäufer sich für nicht zuständig erklärt haben. Das Ding ist vergleichbar mit den Silikonaufsätzen von In-Ear-Kopfhörern, die man je nach Größe des Gehörgangs ganz einfach in größer oder kleiner umstecken kann. Es enthält KEINE Elektronik und ist in keinster Weise ein Artikel, für den man als Verkäufer eine spezielle fachliche Einschulung braucht, um es verkaufen zu dürfen. Nicht mal bei der Größe hätte es sein können, dass mir ein auf Hörgeräte nicht geschulter Verkäufer etwas Falsches verkauft, denn ich hatte den Aufsatz vom zweiten Hörgerät mit dabei, quasi als Vorlage. Es ist sehr frustrierend, wenn man in einem Geschäft steht, in dem man genau weiß, dass die dringend gesuchte Ware zu haben ist, sie einem aber niemand verkaufen will. Und nein, das Argument, mit dem mich drei Verkäufer abgespeist haben (nämlich dass sie keine Hörgerät-Akustiker sondern Optiker oder Fotospezialisten sind) kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, wenn es sich um einen Artikel handelt, der keinerlei technisches Fachwissen benötigt. Das ist, als dürfte mir der Hörgeräte-Akustiker kein Brillenputztuch verkaufen, weil er dafür nicht ausgebildet ist. Not even in size it could have been that a seller not trained on hearing aids sold me something wrong, because I had the essay of the second hearing aid with it, almost as a template. It is very frustrating when you are in a shop where you know exactly that the product you are looking for urgently is, but you do not want to sell it to anyone. And no, I can not understand the argument with which three sellers have fobbed me off (namely that they are not hearing aid acousticians but opticians or photo specialists), if it is an article that does not require any technical expertise. That's as if the hearing care professional did not want to sell me a glasses cleaning cloth because he's not trained for that.

Ich habe es abgelehnt, da ich keine Verwendung dafür habe. Beim bezahlen fällt mir jedoch auf, dass das "gratis" Etui mit 9,90 berechnet wird und obligat dazugekauft werden muss. Gesamtpreis 19,90. Das Brillensorglos Paket, kann man jedem Brillenträger weiterempfehlen. Ohne Termin alles in einem erledigt und dass bei Vollbetrieb. Weiter So ! After 3 years I finally got new glasses from Hartlauer. Super competent staff and absolutely great value for money. The glasses sensor package can be recommended to anyone who wears glasses. Everything done in one without an appointment and that at full operation. Keep it up !

Ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und auch gut beraten. Sprich, ich wurde fündig. Sie hat mir die Sonnenbrille auch gleich so eingestellt, dass sie sehr angenehm sitzt. Ich möchte mich jetzt nochmal auf diesem Weg bei Frau Katharina H. bedanken. Yesterday I went to the shop on Landstrasse in Linz to look at the designer sunglasses from the current campaign. I was greeted very friendly and well advised. In other words, I found what I was looking for. She also adjusted the sunglasses for me so that they fit very comfortably. M	Mielbert on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn ich könnte würde ich mit 0 Sternen bewerten, da es trotz 10 Tagen Wartezeit sowie zahlreichen Telefonaten nicht möglich war einen ungefähren Liefertermin für meine Kontaktlinsen zu erhalten. Der dafür zuständige Kollege ist derzeit in Urlaub und die Urlaubsvertretung besteht aus den Kollegen " weiß ich nicht" "kann ich nicht" und " der zuständige Kollege kommt eh am Freitag wieder". Der Bereich Optik liegt somit quasi seit einer Woche brach. Wenigstens tigert man sich aufgrund der gesammelten Inkompetenz sämtlicher teilhabenden Parteien wirklich zum Löwen. Allerdings vor Verzweiflung. If I could, I would rate it with 0 stars, because despite a 10-day wait and numerous phone calls, it was not possible to get an approximate delivery date for my contact lenses. The colleague responsible for this is currently on vacation and the holiday replacement consists of the colleagues "I don't know", "I can't" and "the colleague responsible will be back on Friday anyway". The optics area has been idle for almost a week. At least you really make a fool of yourself because of the collective incompetence of all parties involved. However, out of desperation.
