Die Beratungen waren bisher nicht das was ich wollte - alles so la la ... Da meine Frau vor Jahren einmal eine Brille kaufte bei Pippig und sehr zufrieden war, sagte sie so jetzt fahrn ma nach Linz ... Ich kam, sah, wurde 1000% beraten und siegte... Nein, keine Brille für Modisches Fensterglas, sondern alles um 5 Dioptrien und daher auch nicht billig das Glas... Ich weiß nicht ob ich den Namen dieser sehr netten Optikerin nennen darf die mich bei meiner Kaufentscheidung unterstützte. Eine derart Fach-Top-Beratung und auch Nachbetreuung, Unterstützung bei der Auswahl der Fassung ... immerwieder zauberte die Brillenfee neue Fassungen aus den Laden die mir zum Typ passen könnte ... Mein Umfeld gibt nur positive "wow" Signale... Ein herzliches Dankeschön, ich bin so froh diesen Kauf getätigt zu haben. Noch einmal ein herzliches Dankeschön Frau R., für Ihre nette Fachberatung & Unterstützung. For some time I was looking for new glasses, no, I didn't want insurance glasses from the big chains with age-old 08 frames. So far, the consultations have not been what I wanted - everything so-so ... Since my wife once bought glasses from Pippig years ago and was very satisfied, she said so now go to Linz ... I came, saw, was advised 1000% and won ... No, no glasses for fashionable window glass, but everything around 5 diopters and therefore not cheap the glass ... I don't know if I can name this very nice optician who supported me in my purchase decision. Such professional top advice and follow-up support, support in choosing the frame ... the glasses fairy kept conjuring up new frames from the store that could suit my type ... Habe mir im Januar '21 eine neue Brille gekauft, exzellente Beratung durch Herrn Köck. Es hat wieder alles gepasst, ich bin äußerst zufrieden! Have been a customer for many years. I have never been disappointed. Friendliness, service, advice, workshop - everything is great! I bought new glasses in January '21, excellent advice from Mr. Köck. Everything was fine again, I am extremely satisfied!

Unfortunately, downstairs in the lens department, unfriendly, impatient staff (lady) on November 6th. 11h. Up in the glasses department the opposite, very friendly there.

Wenn damn mal keine perfekte Fassung verfügbar ist wird man hier mit keiner Kompromisslösung „abgespeist“ sondern angerufen, sobald DIE Fassung eintrifft. Und dann war die Freude über die neue und perfekt angepasste Brille um so größer!! Die Ermittlung der Dioptrien war ruck zuck erledigt. Danke Martin für deine Kompetenz und dein know how das du für Wahl der perfekten Brille zur Verfügung stellst. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ... best optician in town! If there is no perfect version available at that time, you will not be “fed” with a compromise solution but called as soon as THE version arrives. And then the joy about the new and perfectly fitted glasses was all the greater !! The determination of the diopters was done in no time. Beim reinkommen wird man bereits mit einem Lächeln empfangen und das Team kümmert sich gerne um die persönlichen Wünsche. Ich wurde exzellent beraten und trage eine Brille, mit der ich mich wirklich wohlfühle. Zum Service dürfen Kunden jederzeit wieder vorbeischauen und auch Garantiefälle werden sofort und selbstverständlich bearbeitet. Unten bei den Kontaktlinsen nimmt man sich wirklich Zeit. Wir mussten 4 verschieden Linsen über mehrere Wochen ausprobieren, um die zu finden, die wirklich passt, die Gesundheit der Augen ist hier im Vordergrund. An Geduld fehlt es keinem.
