Am Telefon sehr schnippisch und dass obwohl man eine Menge Geld dafür liegen lässt ? die nächste Brille niemals mehr von Pearl ❕❕❕❕ Very poor customer service, glasses should be ready for collection in a maximum of 3 weeks - communication came much too late although I asked at the beginning of the 3rd week. Very snappy on the phone and that although you leave a lot of money for it ? the next pair of glasses will never be from Pearl ❕❕❕❕

Leider hat der nicht gepasst. Die Reaktion der Filialleiterin: die Bügel wurden kostenfrei getauscht. Super professionell und freundlich. Vielen Dank! The temple of my glasses broke in October. Hr.Strauß,der stellvertretende Filialleiter hat mich äußerst kompetent und ausführlich beraten,einen Sehtest gemacht und schließlich mit mir die perfekte Lösung für meine Bedürfnisse gefunden. Brille ist superschnell fertig und wird trotz der Pandemie ordnungsgemäß angepasst. A really great team, which treats each other as well as the customers really wonderfully. You don't see that in all branches. Glasses are ready super fast and properly adjusted despite the pandemic.

Ich wurde von der Frau Susanne Kulcsar in Empfang genommen.Sie hat mir rasche Reparatur Hilfe angeboten und hat das beste aus der Situation gemacht damit ich meine Brille wieder tragen kann.Sie hat sich auch sehr bemüht mir zu erklären was die Vorteile von Kontaktlinsen sind. Ich möchte mich hiermit persönlich nochmal bei Ihr bedanken.Ich kann den Pearl im Riverside jedem empfehlen. After me a mishap happened to my glasses went to Riverside to Pearl.
