You could at least mention that it is an "info point" and NOT a shop that does not even take equipment back because they (their words), no warehouse.

Dem Personal dort, es kann einem nicht bei Wirklich bei Problem etc. geholfen werden, dazu muss man dann erst in einen Shop und somit woanders hin. Sehr blöd wenn man extra wegen dem “Shop” hingefahren ist :/ Etwas irreführende Info auf Google ATTENTION, this is only a pop up store, according to the staff there, it can not help you with real problems, etc., you have to go to a shop and thus somewhere else. Internet funktioniert viel zu oft gar nicht, der Kundenservice per Telefon ist katastrophal, man wird teilweise einfach aus der Leitung geschmissen und mit Falschinformationen abgespeist. Außerdem gibt es eine viel zu lange Kündigungsfrist: erst mit Monatsende des Folgemonats. WTF? Für einen Internetanbieter?? Im Jahr 2018? I can only talk about A1 in general: I wouldn't advise anyone to go to this criminal company. Too often, the Internet doesn't work at all, customer service by phone is catastrophic, sometimes you are simply thrown off the line and fobbed off with false information. There is also a period of notice that is far too long: only at the end of the following month. WTF? For an internet provider ?? In 2018?

Wir haben heute Vormittag in 10 Minuten eine SIM-Karte entsperrt und eine Handysignatur gemacht, alles problemlos, freundlich, kompetent und professionell. Aber jetzt kommt's - den dabei ausgestreuten 50-Euro-Schein durften wir unversehrt am Nachmittag abholen! Ganz große Klasse! Ein herzliches Dankeschön und bitte weiter so! 5 stars for a great team and excellent service. This morning we unlocked a SIM card in 10 minutes and made a mobile phone signature, everything was problem-free, friendly, competent and professional. But here it comes - we were allowed to collect the scattered 50 euro note in the afternoon undamaged! Great! Thank you very much and please keep it up!
