Das Brilleneteui viel zu klein, lauter Schäden am Brillenrand. Also eine wirklich Katastrophe! Nie Mehr wieder! Der Kleber quillt bei den Gläsern hervor. Ein anderer Optiker hat versucht, die Brille, so gut es ging, zu retten. Catastrophe! The glasses were completely warped and bent, an unkindness. You have the feeling that they don't care about anything. The glasses case is much too small, all the damage to the edge of the glasses. So a real disaster! Never again! The glue oozes out from the glasses. Another optician tried to save the glasses as best he could.

Ohne Termin bekam ich trotzdem einen tollen Service; einen kompletten Sehtest und eine ausführliche Beratung vom Gebietsleiter selbst. Die Garantie ist wörter auf einem Blatt, die bei einem kleinen Schaden nicht wahrgenommen werden. I don't like the system because you don't have a secure guarantee. You always have to buy new glasses. The guarantee is words on a sheet of paper that go unnoticed in the event of a minor damage.

Selbst wenn dies der Fall ist, finde ich das wording an dieser Stelle mehr als unpassend. Zudem wäre das vielleicht eine Erklärung, jedoch kein Grund, dass ich mit einer schief sitzenden Brille leben muss. Es wäre wünschenswert, dass Mitarbeiter auf ihre Ausdrucksweise achten und Kunden nach einem Besuch nicht das Gefühl haben beleidigt und inkompetent beraten worden zu sein. Hier wird wirklich drauf geachtet was der Kunde möchte und es wird intensiv auf die Wünsche eingegangenen. Ein großes Lob an die Filialleitung die mich so kompetent Beraten hat. Danke für die Zeit und Geduld nachdem ich ewig gebraucht habe um mich endlich zu entscheiden. Ich freue mich schon drauf meine neue Brille endlich abholen zu dürfen. I brought in my glasses a week ago for exchanging my lenses out as over the summer after having them less than a year the anti-reflective coating started coming off bringing me to the point where it was difficult to see out. having purchased insurance on the glasses previously i dropped them off for repairs but when picking them up i was surprised to find i had a deductible on the lenses that i had to pay plus the shop would not take any responsibility for the reflective coating coming off. most of the staff are quite nice here but it just seems like they were not on the level with me or willing to take any responsibility for a faulty product, even after being a customer for so long.. just disappointed.
