Very nice and helpful team. Despite high customer frequency, I was greeted in a friendly manner and my concerns were taken care of. Gladly again!

Definitiv nie wieder. 1 week delay of the glasses, but no information why. Pushed away on calls. There was never a call back or consultation with other responsible persons. Definitely never again.

Auch beim Abholen meiner Brille wurde alles mit Ruhe gemacht. Man hat sich viel Zeit genommen! Einfach großartig. The staff are very competent, friendly and very courteous. I received top advice. (In der Regel werden kleine Sofort- Reparaturen und eine Ultraschall- Reinigung völlig kostenfrei vorgenommen! Das ist für mich ein perfekter und überaus Kundenorientierter Service , welchen ich sehr zu schätzen weiß- und wofür ich mich auch sehr herzlich bedanken möchte! Die von mir und meiner Familie besuche Filiale ist in der Herrengasse in 8010 Graz! Meine (unsere) uneingeschränkte Empfehlung! Vielen Dank! h	hrishit banerjee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and disgusting service! I have been wearing spectacles for 30 years now and never have I seen such dreadful and ghastly workmanship ever in my life. I gave them my transitions photochromatic glasses to be fitted to a new frame. They assured me that no damage will be done to the lenses. When I got the lenses back I was appalled and horrified to find one of them was badly scratched, and the fitting of both the lenses to the frame was terrible and atrocious to say the very least. There was absolutely no help offered by the shop. My expensive glasses were damaged beyond repair. Even contacting the customer service was of absolutely no help. They have not done anything yet. It is revolting and sickening to have had such a harrowing experience at such a renowned shop. Edit: Fielmann had contacted me after posting the review. They replaced the damaged lenses and gave a 40 EUR voucher. This time the entire process was handled by Ms. Sabrina Posch who did a good job and the experience was satisfactory.
