In meinem Fall suchte ich eine spezielle Form einer Brillenfassung. In allen Geschäften, die ich aufsuchte (nicht nur in Graz), bekam ich einen freundlichen Hinweis, dass diese Form nicht mehr produziert wird, aber sie so ähnliche Brillenfassungen haben. Hier bei Optiker Schrei war es anders, es wurde nicht versucht eine vorhandene Brille zu verkaufen, sondern nach einigen Tagen bekam ich einen Telefonanruf, dass er mein gewünschtes Modell gefunden hat und ich es unverbindlich probieren kann. So etwas nenne ich Kundenservice. Expert and friendly employees who endeavor to also meet exceptional customer requests at fair prices. In my case, I was looking for a special form of eyeglass frame. In all shops that I visited (not only in Graz), I got a friendly note that this shape is no longer produced, but that they have similar frames. It was different here at Optiker Schrei, it was not tried to sell existing glasses, but after a few days I got a phone call saying that he had found my desired model and that I could try it without obligation. That's what I call customer service.

Nachdem mein Stammoptiker die gebrochene Fassung meiner Brille nicht reparieren konnte (trotz Zusatzversicherung) und mir erklärte, man könne nur eine komplett neue Brille kaufen, ging ich zu Optik Schrei. Dort wird die Fassung nun gelötet - noch dazu wirklich günstig und innerhalb von 24 Stunden. I can only recommend it. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Great advice. After my regular optician was unable to repair the broken frame of my glasses (despite additional insurance) and explained to me that you could only buy completely new glasses, I went to Optik Schrei. There, the socket is now soldered - also really cheap and within 24 hours.
