V	Valentin Schaffer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Qualität der Tees steht außer Frage, die ist sehr gut. Aber nach erneut sehr unhöflicher Behandlung werd ich meine Tees in Zukunft wieder woanders kaufen. Auf die Frage nach einer bestimmten Teemarke wurden wir mit den Worten "Wir führen Besseres" abgespeist und uns selbst überlassen. Sehr schade. The quality of the teas is beyond question, it is very good. But after very rude treatment again, I will buy my teas elsewhere in the future. When asked about a certain tea brand, we were fobbed off with the words "We have better things" and left to our own devices. It's a shame.

Onlinekostet er nach wie vor 9.20€ Ihre Preiserhöhung von 9.20€ auf 14€ fand laut Ihren Angaben im Geschäft am 19.11.2019 statt! Ich war sehr viele Jahre ein treuer Kunde, aber bei dieser Vorweihnachtlichen Preiserhöhung muss ich mich leider anderweitig umsehen.... So I was a customer up to now but increase a tea price from the detox by 4.80 € within a few weeks ..... Unfortunately my loyalty has ended !!! It still costs € 9.20 online Your price increase from € 9.20 to € 14 took place in the shop on November 19, 2019! I was a loyal customer for many years, but with this pre-Christmas price increase I unfortunately have to look elsewhere ....

Bestes Teegeschäft mit Abstand in der Steiermark warscheinlich sogar Österreichs! Have been a regular customer for 2 decades! The green / white teas offer an exceptionally excellent quality. The best tea shop by far in Styria is probably even Austria!

Das die Öffnungszeiten an diesem Tag nicht den üblichen entsprechen ist für mich nachvollziehbar. Gestern bin ich nun extra noch einmal in die Stadt gefahren und Stand um 13:40 ebenfalls vor einem verschlossenen Geschäft. Sehr ärgerlich, da ich extra nur wegen des Tees in die Stadt fuhr. Dies ist keine Kritik an eurem Tee, welcher sicherlich hervorragend ist. Ich bin verärgert meine kostbare Zeit verschwendet zu haben. Lt. Google & euren Öffnungszeiten welche an der Tür angebracht sind, habt ihr Samstags bis 14:00 geöffnet. I wanted to buy tea for my father for my father's birthday on January 31st before 2pm and was standing in front of a closed shop. I understand that the opening hours on this day do not correspond to the usual ones. Yesterday I went to the city again and I was standing in front of a closed shop at 1:40 pm. Very annoying because I only drove into town for the tea. This is not a criticism of your tea, which is certainly excellent. I am annoyed to have wasted my precious time. Lt. Google & your opening times, which are attached to the door, are open until 14:00 on Saturdays.

Da wir nach 40 Minuten noch immer nichts bekommen haben, haben wir beschlossen einfach aufzustehen und das nächste Lokal aufzusuchen. Kundenzufriedenheit sieht anders aus! Bottomless cheek! Were there today and ordered something to drink. Since we still haven't received anything after 40 minutes, we decided to just get up and go to the next restaurant. Auch die Bedienung (bei mir heute Herr Heissenberger sen.) war sehr freundlich und konnte mir sofort sehr gut weiterhelfen. Ich weiß auch, dass es negative Rezensionen zwecks "Kundenfreundlichkeit" gibt, aber eine unfreundliche Behandlung habe ich bis dato nie erfahren/gesehen. Die Teesorten sind etwas teurer, aber für diese Qualität zahle ich gerne etwas mehr. The shop has a very large selection of high quality teas. The waitress (for me today, Mr. Heissenberger senior) was very friendly and was able to help me immediately. I also know that there are negative reviews for the purpose of "customer friendliness", but I have never experienced / seen any unfriendly treatment to date. The teas are a bit more expensive, but I like to pay a little more for this quality.

Die Bedienung war wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Wir saßen im Freien am Hauptplatz und haben es genossen… beim nächsten Trip nach Graz werden wir dieses Kaffeehaus wieder besuchen ???? My husband and I first visited this coffee house in early August. The service was really very friendly and tried very hard to answer our questions. We sat outside on the main square and enjoyed it ... on our next trip to Graz we will visit this coffee house again ????
