Ich habe meine Brille am Samstag ausgesucht und bestellt, am Dienstag Nachmittag war sie schon fertig. Ich fühlte mich bei Theresa so perfekt aufgehoben!! Die Brille die sie mir empfohlen hat ist nicht nur perfekt abgestimmt, die Fassung hätte ich mir selber nie ausgesucht, aber nach Theresa's Empfehlung lies ich mich gerne überzeugen und ernte nur Komplimente dafür. Theresa war einfach super!! Einfach alles ist perfekt!! Ich kann dieses Geschäft wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen!!! I can only report the best! A service you have to look for. I selected and ordered my glasses on Saturday, and they were ready by Tuesday afternoon. I felt so well taken care of by Theresa !! The glasses that she recommended to me are not only perfectly matched, I would never have chosen the frame myself, but after Theresa's recommendation I like to be convinced and only earn compliments for it. Theresa was just great !! Everything is just perfect !! I highly recommend this shop !!!
H	He Kl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am 24.08.21, zweiter Tag unserer Reise mit dem Wohnmobil nach Kroatien. Zwischenübernachtung in Graz, da passierte das Missgeschick, meine Randlose Brille zerbrach durch Unachtsamkeit in 3 Teile. Unvorstellbar, 6 Wochen ohne Brille auf Tour zu sein. Bei der großen Optikerkette in der Herrengasse, von der auch meine Brille in Deutschland stammte, erlebte ich nur ein Schulterzucken und den einen Satz: „ Da können wir GAR NICHTS machen“ .Ganz anders bei der Firma Sattler!! Nach Begutachtung des Schadens versprach man mir, mich in 1 Std. anzurufen, ob die Möglichkeit zur Reparatur besteht. Der Anruf kam prompt nach 1 Std., ich konnte meine Brille, hervorragend repariert und nutzbar, abholen. Ich war so happy !!  Kundenfreundlicher geht nicht. Meine Frage nach den Kosten: Das ist Kundenservice und somit kostenlos. Zum Glück gibt’s eine Kaffeekasse  und ich konnte mich wenigstens in der Form bedanken. Ein Optiker der Superlative, Klebestelle hält immer noch, herzlichen Dank nochmals !! On 08/24/21, the second day of our trip with the camper to Croatia. Overnight in Graz, then the mishap happened, my rimless glasses broke into 3 parts due to carelessness. Unimaginable to be on tour for 6 weeks without glasses. At the big optician chain in Herrengasse, from which my glasses in Germany came from, I only experienced a shrug and the one sentence: “We can't do ANYTHING there” . Quite different at the Sattler company !! After assessing the damage, I was promised to call me in 1 hour to see if there was a possibility of repair. The call came promptly after 1 hour, I was able to pick up my glasses, perfectly repaired and usable. I was so happy !!  It couldn't be more customer-friendly. My question about the costs: This is customer service and therefore free of charge. Fortunately, there is a coffee box  and I was able to say thank you at least in the form. A superlative optician, the glue still holds, thank you very much again!

Schöne sowie interressante Brillen von namenhaften und auch eher nieschigen Designern. Man sollte sich von manchen Preisen nicht abschrecken lassen, man bekommt mehr von seinem Geld als man erwarten würde. Große Empfehlung! Great advice that is authentic and honest. Absolutely great service, the staff are very hard-working and competent. Beautiful and interesting glasses from well-known and also rather niche designers. Don't be put off by some of the prices, you get more for your money than you would expect. Great recommendation!

Das Team ist einfach unfassbar freundlich, kompetent, verständnisvoll und immer bemüht. Unabhängig davon ob man schon das 5 mal zum anpassen kommt oder man sich erneut eine neue Brille zulegen möchte. Hier findet wirklich jede/r die passende Brille, und dass wichtigste: sie sitzt super und hat auf jeden Fall einen Wiedererkennungswert, den die "Konkurrenz" kann da definitiv nicht mithalten! ? I've already been able to get my 3 pairs of glasses from the saddler, and I can only say one thing - there is no better optician! ?? The team is just incredibly friendly, competent, understanding and always trying. Regardless of whether you have already had to adjust it 5 times or whether you want to buy new glasses again. Everyone can find the right glasses here, and the most important thing: they fit great and definitely have a recognition value that the "competitors" definitely can't keep up with! ?
