Ein echt nettes und vor allem kompetentes Team, das sofort den Fehler eines anderen Optikers entdeckt hat und dadurch endlich die Kopfwehursache behoben hat. Bin echt dankbar Euch hier in der Nähe zu haben. I have already been to two other Pearl branches. None was as good as the one in Groß-Enzersdorf !!! The advice makes it all! A really nice and, above all, competent team that immediately discovered another optician's mistake and thus finally fixed the cause of the headache. I'm really grateful to have you around here.
s	sunny Bunny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schon am Telefon sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin für die terminvereinbarung für einen sehtest. Termin gleich für nächsten Tag bekommen. Bedient wurden wir von Rene, der sehr kompetent und freundlich war, sich Zeit genommen hat und einen guten Schmäh hatte. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch die Auswahl an Brillen war gut. Jederzeit wieder :) Very friendly employee on the phone to make an appointment for an eye test. Get an appointment for the next day. We were served by Rene, who was very competent and friendly, took his time and had a good humiliation. We felt very comfortable straight away. The selection of glasses was also good. Any time :)

Die Brillenanpassungen ans Gesicht bei Abholung wurden laienhaft und fahrig vorgenommen, eine der neuen Brillen war bereits bei Abholung verbogen. Nachdem man es nicht hinbekommen hat, die Brillen nach mehreren Versuchen ordentlich anzupassen, wurde man dann sicherheitshalber unfreundlich, noch dazu der Franchisenehmer höchstselbst. Generell geht es dort recht chaotisch zu. Kleiner Tipp: Die Pearle Filiale in Mödling ist top, Geschäftsführer und Personal mega freundlich und bemüht. Dort konnte man die Brillen auch ganz problemlos sitzfest anpassen. Habe dort dann auch zusätzlich zwei neue Fassungen gekauft - der Ablauf war perfekt. Unfortunately not recommended. The glasses adjustments to the face when picked up were made in an amateurish and erratic manner, one of the new glasses was already bent when picked up. After you didn't manage to properly adjust the glasses after several attempts, you became unfriendly to be on the safe side, and the franchisee himself too. It's generally quite chaotic there. A little tip: The Pearle branch in Mödling is great, the manager and staff are extremely friendly and hard-working. There you could easily adjust the glasses to make them fit. I also bought two new versions there - the process was perfect.

Ich habe lang auf einen Termin gewartet, da die Anpassung von Kontaktlinsen und Brille nicht optimal war und nach 2 Anproben nicht mehr freundlich bedient wurde, wandte ich mich an meine Augenärztin. Diese stellte einige Fehler fest, danach auch ein anderer Optiker. Die Differenz der Sehschärfe war gravierend und die Gläser der Brille keine Markenqualität. I cannot share the good rating. I waited a long time for an appointment because the fitting of contact lenses and glasses was not optimal and after 2 try-ons the service was no longer friendly, so I turned to my ophthalmologist. This discovered some errors, then another optician. The The difference in visual acuity was serious and the glasses of the glasses were not brand quality.
R	Reinhard Koch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7.3.22 9uhr30. Leider nicht positiv. Ich war vor einer Woche in der Filiale GE um einen gratis Sehtest zu machen. Im Geschäft war nur ein Kunde, trotzdem wurde ein Termin ausgemacht. Anmerkung, der Sehtest dauert ca zwei Minuten. Tage darauf war ich dann pünktlich vorort, leider war mein Termin im System nicht auffindbar. Daraufhin vom Verkäufer wortwörtlich "Na wenn sie schon da sind werden sie nicht rausgeworfen". Das war ja wirklich sehr nett von ihm. Wieder nur ein Kunde an der Kasse im Shop. Auch wenn es ein schmäh sein sollte,.....ist nicht so gut angekommen. Nachdem im weiteren Gespräch nochmals das Wort rauswerfen im "Schmäh" verpackt wurde, bin ich mir sicher das er den Begriff kundenfreundlich nicht richtig verstanden hat.......das nächste mal fahr ich wieder ins G3. Schade eigentlich, da ich in der Nähe wohne. Ah ja der Test hat wirklich nur ca 2 Minuten gedauert......?? 7.3.22 9.30 am. Unfortunately not positive. I was at the GE branch a week ago for a free eye test. There was only one customer in the shop, but an appointment was made. Note, the eye test takes about two minutes. Days later I was there on time, unfortunately my appointment could not be found in the system. As a result, the seller literally said "Well, if you're already there, you won't be thrown out". That was really very nice of him. Again only one customer at the checkout in the shop. Even if it should be a disgrace,.....was not so well received. After the word throw out was packaged in "shame" again in the further conversation, I'm sure that he didn't really understand the term customer-friendly....next time I'll go to the G3 again. It's a shame because I live nearby. Ah yes, the test really only took about 2 minutes......??

Mein Mann und ich sind seit Eröffnung des Geschäfts sehr zufriedene Kunden und können diese Filiale absolut weiterempfehlen. The team in the Groß Enzersdorf branch in the Marchfeldcenter is very friendly and, above all, competent.
