Wir wollten nur unsere Sonnenbrillen bezahlen, mehr nicht. Wir wollten keine Beratung oder ähnliches. Doch die Angestellten haben es anscheinend nicht so mit Koordination. Warum kann man nicht 1 Minute schnell kassieren gehen und danach seine 1 Stunden Berating fortführen... meine We have never experienced anything like this! After waiting 20 minutes at the ticket office we gave it up - we would have 150 Euro min. left there. We just wanted to pay for our sunglasses, that's all. We did not want advice or anything like that. But the employees do not seem to be so coordinated. Why can not you cash in 1 minute quickly and then continue his 1 hour Berating ... mine
M	Ma S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr enttäuscht, wurde total falsch gemessen und dann wollte man mir noch einreden, dass die Sehkraft sich nach Jahren bessern kann. War beim Augenarzt der stellte viel einen höheren Wert fest. Das Geld habe ich zurück bekommen, werde aber trotzdem meine Brille in Zukunft wo anders anfertigen lassen. I am very disappointed, the measurement was totally wrong and then they wanted to convince me that my eyesight can improve after years. Was at the ophthalmologist who found a much higher value. I got the money back, but I will still have my glasses made elsewhere in the future.

Ich muss sagen, dass Fr.Schweighuber immer sehr nett und zuvorkommend war!?. Bis auf 1 mal hat mich eine andere Dame bedient (ich habe mir den Namen nicht einmal gemerkt), weil Sie sehr unfreundlich zu mir war ?. I've been there a couple of times and mostly Miss Schweighuber Antje served me. I have to say that Ms. Schwighuber was always very nice and accommodating! ?. Except for 1 time, another lady served me (I didn't even remember the name) because she was very unkind to me ?.
D	Doris Langsenlehner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe mir eine Brille und Sonnenbrille gekauft und 2 verschiedene Fassungen ausgesucht. Leider musste ich nach dem Abholen zu Hause feststellen, dass ich 2 gleiche Fassungen bekommen habe. Auf meine Beschwerde hin, im Geschäft wurde mir gesagt, das kann passieren, da kann man nichts machen. Ok, das hab ich so hingenommen. Am Montag habe ich dann nochmal einen Kauf getätigt, weil mein Sohn eine Brille brauchte. Beim anpassen wurde nicht mal Hand angelegt. Corona hin oder her, es gibt Masken und Desinfektionsmittel. Auch auf die Aufforderung hin Hand anzulegen und der Vorlage des Tests wurde dem nicht nachgekommen. Jetzt hat mein Sohn zwar endlich seinen Sehbehelf, aber die Fassung sitzt meiner Meinung nach nicht richtig. Schade um das Geld. Nächstes Mal werde ich mir einen anderen Optiker suchen. In response to my complaint, I was told in the shop that this can happen, nothing can be done about it. Ok, I accepted that. On Monday I made another purchase because my son needed glasses. When adjusting, not even hand was lent. Corona or not, there are masks and disinfectants. Also when asked to lend a hand and the submission of the test was not complied with. Now my son finally has his visual aid, but in my opinion the frame is not right. It's a shame about the money. Next time I'll find another optician.
