L	Laau tschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war gestern zum 3ten mal dort, um mir eine neue Brille anzuschaffen. Wie immer wurde ich sehr gut und freundlich beraten. Der Berater/Verkäufer machte auf einen sehr kompetenten Eindruck. Jetzt muss ich nur noch warten bis meine Brille ankommt (hat aber bei den vorherigen Male immer super und schnell funktioniert und bin deswegen auch sehr zuversichtlich) ☺️ Yesterday I was there for the 3rd time to buy new glasses. As always, I received very good and friendly advice. The consultant / seller made a very competent impression. Now I just have to wait until my glasses arrive (but has always worked great and quickly on the previous times and am therefore very confident) ☺️

Nice service, but rarely enough employees on site ... I had to wait over 30 minutes to pick up / take away glasses that had already been paid for in full.

Ich für meinen Teil kann diese Filiale nur weiter empfehlen. I was only a few weeks ago in the Pearle branch in Südpark, the girls were under full stress, but still I was served by Mrs. Löffler to my complete satisfaction. The consultation and the eye test with Ms. Steller was very pleasant. Ms. Steller is friendly, competent, helpful and funny, took time for my special needs and met me with all concerns. Choosing and ordering new glasses was fun. Really top advice!

Wurde hervorragend, freundlich und kompetent von Tina bedient, so dass ich schlussendlich sogar mit zwei passenden Brillen nach Hause kam. Ich bin mit Beiden voll und ganz zufrieden. Preis- Leistung/ Beratung und Bedienung war Bestens. Ein echter Glücksgriff! :) Today, after not finding the right glasses from various opticians for a long time, I found what I was looking for. Was served by Tina in an excellent, friendly and competent manner, so that in the end I even came home with two matching glasses. I am completely satisfied with both. Price-performance / advice and service was the best. A real stroke of luck! :)
