★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe meine Nina Ricci Sonnenbrille bei Brandstätter Optik gekauft und wurde super kompetent und geduldigst beraten. Sogar meine alte Tom Ford Sonnebrille, deren Gläser schon zerkratzt waren, wurde wieder mit neuen, extra angefertigten Gläsern ausgestattet und glänzt wieder wie neu.
Mein Partner hat seine optische Brille von der österreichischen Marke Neubau inklusive Gläser dort gekauft. Sein Wunschmodell wurde extra bestellt, damit er einen Vergleich anstellen konnte. Auch er ist sehr bedürfnisorientiert beraten worden und mit seiner Wahl sehr zufrieden. Ich finde es sehr angenehm, dass die Berater*innen sich Zeit nehmen und den Kund*innen zuhören. Ich habe das bekommen, was ich wollte. Bei Beratungen in anderen Geschäften fühle ich mich oft überredet. Das war hier überhaupt nicht der Fall! Zwei zufriedene Kund*innen! :-)
 I bought my Nina Ricci sunglasses from Brandstätter Optik and received extremely competent and patient advice. Even my old Tom Ford sunglasses, whose lenses were already scratched, have been fitted with new, specially made lenses and shine like new again.
My partner bought his optical glasses from the Austrian brand Neubau including glasses there. His desired model was specially ordered so that he could make a comparison. He was also given very needs-oriented advice and very satisfied with his choice. I find it very pleasant that the consultants take their time and listen to the customers. I got what I wanted. When consulting other businesses, I often feel persuaded. That was not the case here at all! Two satisfied customers! :-)
