Leider hat die Lieferung der Brille seitens Firma Adidas ewig gedauert, aber die Fachberaterinnen waren stets bemüht und haben mich telefonisch informiert. Als die Brille endlich da war, habe ich sogar noch ungefragt einen großzügigen Nachlass beim Preis bekommen. Das nenne ich Service! Super expert advice and measurement for the sunglasses. Unfortunately, the delivery of glasses by the company Adidas took forever, but the consultants were always trying and have informed me by phone. When the glasses finally arrived, I even got a generous discount on the price without asking. That's what I call service!

Egal ob damals schnell einmal eine Batterie ausgegangen war, oder heute eine Speicherkarte gebraucht wird - Gottwald verschafft kompetent Abhilfe. Auch komplexere Beratung bei Fotoapparaten oder gar bei Brillen oder Sonnenbrillen waren immer freundlich und kompetent. Während ich schreibe frage ich mich instinktiv, ob es dort wohl noch einen Farbfilm zu kaufen gibt... weiß das jemand? The Heiligengeistplatz without optics Gottwald is simply not! Since I can think the friendly team there at the corner receives its customers, advises and endeavors. It does not matter if a battery ran out quickly or if a memory card is needed today - Gottwald provides a competent remedy. Even more complex advice on cameras or glasses or sunglasses were always friendly and competent. As I write, I instinctively wonder if there is still a color film to buy ... does anyone know?
D	Dietmar Schmid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe im Januar 2021 meine neue Gleitsichtbrille für über €600 erhalten..Bei der Sehstärkenbestimmung wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass wahrscheinlich ein Grauer Star Schuld an meiner Verschlechterung der Augen ist und dennoch wurde mir zur Brille geraten.Die Brille hat natürlich nicht wirklich genützt.Geld raus geworfen.Nie wieder - Verkauf und Umsatz geht augenscheinlich vor.Fühlte mich früher bei Herrn Daniel (wenn ich den Namen richtig in Erinnerung habe) sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich bin kein Optiker,deshalb habe ich mich darauf verlassen. So, dass musste ich mal loswerden. Somit 0 Sterne. In January 2021 I will have my new varifocal glasses for over Received €600..When the eyesight was determined, I was told that cataracts were probably to blame for the deterioration in my eyesight, but I was still advised to wear glasses.Of course, the glasses didn't really help.Wasted money.Never again - sales and turnover obviously takes precedence. I used to feel that I was in very good hands with Mr. Daniel (if I remember his name correctly). I'm not an optometrist, so I relied on it. So I had to get rid of that. So 0 stars.
