★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fielmann in Klagenfurt ist ein empfehlenswertes Optikerfachgeschäft! Ich bin schon seit ein paar Jahren Kunde dieser Filiale und sehr zufrieden.
Vor allem die 2 Damen im Bereich Kontaktlinsen sind sehr gut. Aufgrund meiner komplexen Sehschwäche war ich bei der Kontaktlinsenanschaffung (Monatslinsen) sehr auf die Beratung im Geschäft angewiesen. Darüber hinaus wurde es mir ermöglicht Linsenpaare unterschiedlicher Hersteller Probe zu tragen, bis das für mich optimale Paar gefunden war. Vielen Dank!
Im Bereich optische Brillen gibt es ein reichhaltiges Angebot. Für stark kurzsichtige Menschen dünnt es sich jedoch spürbar aus, was aber wohl den sehr speziellen Anforderungen dieser Klientel sowie der wahrscheinlich deutlich niedrigeren Nachfrage geschuldet sein dürfte. Auch hier wird man bei der Auswahl gut und ausführlich beraten, die Damen und Herren nehmen sich für ihre Kunden sehr viel Zeit.
Geduld, Qualifikation und Freundlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen sind besonders positiv hervorzuheben. Dies möchte ich ausdrücklich festhalten, da viellieicht so manche Menschen, ob des Standortes im größten Einkaufszentrums Kärnten, dies im ersten Moment nicht vermuten würden.
Fielmann in Klagenfurt is a recommended opticians store! I have been a customer of this branch for a few years and very satisfied.
Especially the 2 ladies in contact lenses are very good. Due to my complex visual weakness, I was in the contact lens purchase (Monatslinsen) reliant on the advice in the business. In addition, it was possible for me to wear pairs of lenses from different manufacturers sample until the optimal pair was found for me. Thanks a lot!
In the field of optical glasses, there is a rich offer. For very short-sighted people, it is thinning out noticeably, but probably due to the very special needs of this clientele and probably much lower demand. Again, you will be well advised in the selection and the ladies and gentlemen take a lot of time for their customers.
Patience, qualification and friendliness of the staff are particularly positive. I would like to emphasize this, since many people, whether the location in the largest shopping center in Carinthia, might not suspect this at first glance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin sehr, sehr zufrieden mit dem Service von Fielmann. Meine Brille (nicht von Fielmann) ist mir im Urlaub gebrochen und ich ging zu Fielmann, um eine Ersatzbille zu kaufen.
Der Service war super kompetent und es wurde in keinster Weise versucht mir ein teureres Modell schmackhaft zu machen. Nachdem ich gesagt hatte, dass ich lediglich eine Zweitbrille suche wurde das sofort akzeptiert und alles dafür getan, dass ich das beste Modell und Gläser in meinem Budget bekomme. Das bin ich so nicht gewöhnt, da ich eine sehr hohe Sehschwäche inklusive Hornhautverkrümmung habe.
Die Brille kam schon nach 4 Tagen an, was echt gut war, da ich in der Zwischenzeit lediglich meine Sonnenbrille hatte. Haha. Fielmann hat mich damit wirklich gerettet.
Fazit: Kompetenter, freundlicher Service, schnelle Lieferung, auch sehr zu Empfehlen für Menschen mit hoher Sehschwäche
I am very, very satisfied with the service of Fielmann. My glasses (not from Fielmann) broke on vacation and I went to Fielmann to buy a replacement.
The service was very competent and it was in no way trying to make me a more expensive model tasty. After I said I was just looking for a second pair of glasses, it was immediately accepted and everything was done to get the best model and glasses in my budget. I'm not used to that because I have a very high degree of visual impairment including astigmatism.
The glasses arrived after 4 days, which was really good, because in the meantime I only had my sunglasses. Haha. Fielmann really saved me with that.
Conclusion: Competent, friendly service, fast delivery, also highly recommended for people with high visual impairment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein Verkäufer der nicht beratet und wo das Gefühl entsteht man ist unerwünscht. In Klagenfurt und das gestern, am Geburtstag meine Mannes. Zwar keine Wartezeit doch eine sehr unangenehme Erfahrung, wenn ein Verkäufer nicht auf die Wünsche des Kunden eingeht und man nicht nur den Eindruck hat, die Tätigkeit macht keine Freude. Schade, die Brille wird uns in keiner guten Erinnerung sein, obwohl der restliche T ag ein sehr schöner war...
A seller who does not advise and where the feeling arises is undesirable. In Klagenfurt and yesterday, on my husband's birthday. Although there is no waiting time, it is a very unpleasant experience if a seller does not respond to the wishes of the customer and you do not only have the impression that the activity is not fun. Too bad the glasses will not be remembered well, although the rest of the day was a very nice one ...

Man hat sich von Anfang an sehr wohl und gut aufgenommen gefühlt.

Ich bekam einen gratis Sehtest und wurde super beraten. Für meinen Sehtest und die Beratung wurde mehr als 1h aufgewendet. Viel besser kann man es wohl nicht machen, ich bin rund um zufrieden und werde wohl nirgends anders mehr hingehen.
The decision to go to Fielmann for my first glasses was spot on.
I got a free eye test and was given great advice. More than 1 hour was spent on my eye test and the consultation. It couldn't be much better, I am completely satisfied and will probably not go anywhere else.

Top advice, friendly staff. The same glasses, because unfortunately lost, are 40 euros more expensive within a year. I will no longer use Fielmann.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich möchte mich hier sehr herzlich für die prompte Hilfe bedanken- war auf Urlaub und hatte ein Brillenproblem mit einer in Wien bei Fielmann gekauften Brille. Man hat mir sofort und kostenlos mein Brillengestell wieder gerichtet, sodass ich keine Probleme mehr mit meiner ewig von der Nase fallenden Brille hatte.
