Friendly staff, good selection but extremely long delivery times (over a week wait for a pair of glasses! - with other opticians only 2-3 days)

A subscription is turned on and after 1 and a half months they realize that they cannot deliver the lenses .. Incompetent, cheeky, zero customer service ... ?????
