EDV „bärtige“ Kompetenz und Beratung, auch wenn wie in meinem gegenständlichen Fall kein Neukauf notwendig war, da durch die Beratung mein Problem gelöst werden konnte. Super Beratung und Lösung der Probleme im Bereich Sehen und dem immer wieder verdrängten Problem HÖREN. Schon beim Eintreten in das Geschäft hat uns ein junger Mann sehr freundlich begrüßt und seine Dienste angeboten. Zunächst dachte ich, dass der Verkäufer bald aufgeben wird, weil meine betagte Mutter längere Zeit benötigt, um Abläufe einprägen zu können. Ich kann nur sagen : BRAVO Herr Dennis W. Sie haben mit viel Charme, Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen das Interesse meiner Mutter geweckt und sie noch dazu animiert, das bereits favorisierte Handy einfach auszuprobieren. Ich danke Ihnen nochmals sehr herzlich für Ihren Einsatz - so stellt man sich Kundenbetreuung vor!!!??Man kann sie nur weiterempfehlen!!!!! T	Titus Leon Fredes Taubinger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es ist ein witz: Wir gehen in die Hartlauer filiale und Wieselburg und werden direkt ohne einem grüßgott angemotzt: "Maske aufsetzen"!! Wir haben einen Mund Nasen Schutz auf und müssen uns trotzdem extra eine Maske für 3:49€ kaufen und dann haben sie dass wofür wir 1 min nachgesehen haben auch nicht. Eine Schande dass die Betreuung auch noch so unfreundlich ist! It's a joke: We go to the Hartlauer branch and Wieselburg and are immediately pummeled without saying hello: "put on mask" !! We have mouth and nose protection on and still have to buy an extra mask for 3: 49 € and then you don't have what we checked for 1 min. A shame that the support is so unfriendly!

So ein großes neues Geschäft und nicht mal eine Hülle fürs Tablett kann man kaufen. Sorry, das ist schwach.....
