Schade! In the beginning our cooperation was very good .... unfortunately not in the end .... don't really want to go into details, Mr. grassl knows exactly what is meant ... what a shame!

Alvaro Perez, MBA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatte einen Termin dort u nach einem 3D scan des Kopfes meines Kindes (effektive Arbeitszeit dafür vielleicht 5 - 10min) kam ca. 2,5 Monate später eine Rechnung dafür von 65 Euro. Vor dem scan und beim Verabschieden wurde nichts davon gesagt dass hier Kosten enstehen, aber dann fast ein viertel Jahr später eine Rechnung schicken....für mich persönlich absolut unverständlich so eine Vorgehensweise. Ich arbeite als Projektmanager und habe täglich mit Kunden zu tun, aber so eine Vorgehensweise ist das Gegenteil von Kundenorientiertheit... Had an appointment there u after a 3D scan of my child's head (effective working time maybe 5 - 10min) came about 2.5 months later an invoice for 65 euros. Before the scan and when we said goodbye, nothing was said about the costs involved, but then sending an invoice almost a quarter of a year later .... for me personally, such an approach is absolutely incomprehensible. I work as a project manager and deal with customers on a daily basis, but this is the opposite of customer orientation ...

Wir haben eine wirkliche ehrliche Diagnose bekommen, die in unserem Fall sogar bedeutet, dass unser kleiner Mann keinen Helm benötigt, da sich seine Kopfform und somit die Werte verbessert haben. Ein herzliches Danke an Herrn Grasl und sein Team ? We were twice at the orthomanufactor because of our son's skull asymmetry. The team was very nice to our dwarf and to us ? We got a really honest diagnosis, which in our case even means that our little man does not need a helmet because his head shape and thus the values have improved. Herr Grasl teilte sein breit gefächertes Wissen mit mir und verzichtete auf Gewinn, den er machen könnte, da er keinen Sinn in der Therapie sah. Ich kann ihn uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und jedem raten sich für sein Unternehmen zu entscheiden. Solche Menschen sind leider eine Seltenheit und verdienen mein größtes Lob! Er wollte für das fast 1-stündige Gespräch nicht mal 10€ nehmen, welche ich dann in die dort befindliche Spendenbox warf. At first I thought that these extremely positive reviews can only be bought, but then I experienced a very competent team that puts honesty and humanity before profit. Mr. Grasl shared his wide-ranging knowledge with me and renounced any profit that he could make because he saw no point in the therapy. I can recommend him unreservedly and advise everyone to choose his company. Such people are unfortunately a rarity and deserve my greatest praise! He didn't even want to take 10 € for the almost 1-hour conversation, which I then threw into the donation box there.

Er hat einen sehr guten Umgang mit Kindern und versucht auf sie einzugehen. Man merkt auch, dass er seine Arbeit leidenschaftlich und gerne macht. Abgesehen von der sozialen Seite, waren wir auch von der Fachkompetenz überzeugt ! Herr Grasl hat sich auch stehts bemüht unsere Fragen zu beantworten und Unklarheiten zu bereinigen. Nicht nur Herr Grasl auch die anderen Mitarbeiter/innen waren sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert ! LG In total, we were with our daughter twice at Mr. Grasl's. We can recommend him without hesitation! He is very good with children and tries to respond to them. You can also tell that he is passionate about his work and enjoys doing it.
