★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ein hilfsmittel das ich verschrieben bekommen habe wurde nicht nach grösse bestellt,es wurde an einem viel zu grossem muster in der werkstatt gebastellt um möglichst schnell mich abzufertigen,mitarbeiter völlig dessinteresiert und ziemlich genervt,manche von denen sind nie zu erreichen und öffters abwesend,ein älterer mann der aus der werkstatt kam verhielt sich sehr arrogant
an aid that I was prescribed was not ordered according to size, it was tinkered with a sample that was much too large in the workshop in order to process me as quickly as possible, employees completely disinterested and quite annoyed, some of them are never available and are often absent older man who came out of the workshop behaved very arrogantly
