Die geliehene milchpumpe ging beim umzug verloren..zu bezahlender preis dafür horrende 300 EUR ! Zunächst wollte man sogar fast 500 eur verlangen!! Kann nur abraten.. A breast pump from this shop was given to us at the hospital. The borrowed breast pump was lost during the move. The price to be paid was a horrific 300 EUR! At first they wanted to ask for almost EUR 500 !! Can only advise against ..

Ich empfehle die Firma auch keinen Fall nicht. Hello, I have had bad experiences with customer service, called several times and wrote emails to get the breast pump deposit back and all after 3 months. I don't recommend the company in any case.

An mangelnder Kundenfreundlichkeit ist es kaum zu überbieten. -lächerliche „Sommeröffnungszeiten“ im Juli und August: stehen nirgends online, erfährt man dann von einem Zettel vor Ort, dass um 16:00 Uhr leider schon zu ist. -Telefondienst hat keine Ahnung „das weiß die Kollegin, die ist in 2 Stunden wieder da.“ 3 Stunden später im Geschäft „die Kollegin ist noch nicht da“. -Mitarbeiterinnen grasen die Wiener Geburtenstationen ab und machen Werbung für den Verleih der Milchpumpen (auf Kosten der GKK). Beratung gibt es dabei keine... -verwendet werden Pumpen der Firma „Ardo“ für die man anscheinend auch die Generalvertretung hat. Ardo hat sehr großzügige Garantiebestimmungen, die über die gesetzliche Gewährleistung deutlich hinausgehen-theoretisch. Denn praktisch muss aus Österreich alles über Bio koreska abgewickelt werden, wo die Mitarbeiterinnen keine Ahnung haben davon und auch zu präpotent sind, um auch nur einen Satz zu lesen. So weigert man sich halt einfach, dass Kunden zu der Herstellergarantie kommen. Concussion that this business still exists. Because practically everything has to be handled from Austria over Bio koreska, where the coworkers have no idea about it and too presumptuous to read even one sentence. So you simply refuse that customers come to the manufacturer's warranty.

Besonders bemerkenswert sind die lebensnahen Ansätze und Hilfestellungen bei Fragen und Problemen. Incredibly friendly and helpful. You immediately notice that there are competent people working there who maintain a service relationship. The realistic approaches and assistance with questions and problems are particularly noteworthy.

Eine Milchpumpe bekommen zum 3 Monte kostenlos testen. Ich hab sie an Abgabe Termin zurück gebracht und extra noch nach gefragt ob alles passt und ob es sicher nichts zum zahlen gibt. Die Mitarbeiterin hat mir versichert das alles passt und es nichts zum zahlen gibt. Nach 7 Monaten bekomme ich einen Inkasso Brief Das ich 400€ ? zahle weil ich angeblich keine Leihgebühren gezahlt habe ! 1. hat man mir weder im Krankenhaus noch Vorort gesagt das es was zum zahlen gibt (ich hab extra gefagt) 2. habe ich nicht einmal 1 Mahnung oder sonst was von der Firma bekommen das es was zu zahlen gibt. Nichts rein gar nichts! Aus dem nichts ein Inkasso Brief mit 400€ Wenn es sein muss gehe ich vors Gericht ich will aber eine Bestätigung sehen das ich was hätte zahlen müssen + einen Beweis das ich was nach Hause geschickt bekommen habe ! Ich rate jeden davon ab von denen eine Pumpe zu holen Unfortunately I have to give a star! This company is the purest rip off !! I have 9 MONTEN in the hospital before !!!! A breastpump get tested for 3 Monte for free. I've brought her back to the delivery date and extra even asked if everything fits and if there is certainly nothing to pay. The employee has assured me that everything fits and there is nothing to pay. After 7 months I get a debt collection letter That I pay € 400 weil because I have allegedly paid no loan fees! 1. I was told neither in the hospital nor on the ground that there is something to pay (I said extra) 2. I did not even get a reminder or anything from the company that gives it something to pay. Nothing at all! Out of the nothing a debt collection letter with 400 € If need be, I go to court but I want to see confirmation that I should have paid something + proof that I got sent something home! I advise everyone from getting a pump

Top top top gerne bald wieder :) Super nice and super competent, on the phone and also live, the milk pump was super explained and noticed right away. Top top top gladly again soon :)

Ich habe aber das Geld zurückbekommen, an dem Tag wo ich es angefragt habe. Meine Empfehlung: Ausgeliehenes eingeschrieben zurück senden und alle Belege behalten! You don't pay the deposit on your own initiative, which is annoying. I waited almost 2 months to get in touch. But I got the money back on the day I asked for it. My recommendation: send back the borrowed items by registered mail and keep all receipts!

Uschi, sind überdurchschnittlich hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll - man merkt, dass sie selbst Mutter ist. Hier arbeiten noch Menschen, die ihre Kunden nicht nur als Zahlende ansehen, sondern ebenso als Menschen. Vielen herzlichen Dank! I don't understand any of the negative reviews here. The employees, especially Mrs. Uschi, are exceptionally helpful and understanding - you can tell that she is a mother herself. People still work here who see their customers not only as paying people, but also as people. Many many thanks!
