Wäre das Passamt ein Kaufhaus würde ich sagen, kaufen sie dort ein! ?? I was treated in a very friendly and courteous manner. Only a few people waited after making an appointment, it went very quickly. If the passport office were a department store, I would say go shopping there! ??

Hier merkt man dass gerne gearbeitet wird, ein sehr empathisches Klima herrscht und die dort tätigen Menschen rasch und kompetent helfen wollen! Genau dieser Begriff: wollen, machts aus. Fazit: Fünf voll verdiente Sterne! Excellent organization, charming, very friendly service crew! Here you can tell that people like to work, there is a very empathic atmosphere and the people who work there want to help quickly and competently! Exactly this term: want, it matters. Conclusion: five fully deserved stars!

Der junge Herr Magister, dessen Namen ich leider nicht weiß, (er trägt einen Vollbart) hat alles in kürzester Zeit für mich erledigt, ich brauchte nur den Fingerprint selbst machen :-)) Keine Wartezeit, alles ging blitzschnell und höchst professionell. Ein großes DANKESCHÖN an das Passamt Graz - Top Top Top If I could give 6 stars, I would! Incredibly courteous and lovable treatment. This office is a dream for every citizen. The young Mr. Magister, whose name I unfortunately don't know, (he has a full beard) did everything for me in a very short time, I just had to do the fingerprint myself :-)) No waiting, everything went very quickly and very professionally. Problemlose Online-Terminvereinbarung, dadurch keine Wartezeit, super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal und schnelle Abwicklung! Ich hatte am Montag in der Früh einen Termin zur Reisepass-Erneuerung und am Mittwoch (!) wurde der Pass bereits per Post zugestellt - und das ohne Expressversand! Every other office building in Austria could take an example here! Trouble-free online appointments, so no waiting time, super nice and helpful staff and fast processing! On Monday morning I had an appointment to renew my passport and on Wednesday (!) The passport was already sent by post - and that without express delivery!

Sept. 21) im Passamt der Stadt Graz sollte eigentlich - wegen der bereits vielfach erteilten positiven Bewertungen - keine Überraschung bringen, jedoch wurden unsere Erwartungen aufgrund der tatsächlich vorgefundenen Freundlichkeit und des Entgegenkommens (zutreffenderweise im Zimmer 5 in Assistenz mit Zimmer 4 ) noch weit übertroffen. Die angetroffene Menschlichkeit stand über allen unseren Vorstellungen und erscheint somit als beispielgebend für jede Form hoheitlicher Verwaltung. Vielen herzlichen Dank! Our interview today (Sept. 3, 21) at the passport office of the city of Graz should not bring any surprise - because of the positive reviews that have already been given - but our expectations were met due to the friendliness and the accommodating nature found (appropriately in room 5 with assistance Room 4) far exceeded. The humanity we encountered was above all our ideas and thus appears to be exemplary for every form of sovereign administration. Many many thanks!
