★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr ermüdend! Antrag wurde verschlampt...auf Nachfrage wird man vertröstet. Vereinbartes wird vergessen... bereits am nächsten Tag weiß die Sachbearbeiterin nichts mehr davon.
Very tiring! Application was messed up ... on request one is put off. What has been agreed is forgotten ... the next day the clerk doesn't know anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfreundlich, unhöflich, unkooperativ. Dazwischen endloses Gestöhne und Gejammer, wie anstrengend alles sei. Man fühlt sich als Störfaktor, nicht als Bürger, an dem eine Dienstleistung vollzogen wird. Mit diesem Büro in Zukunft nur noch schriftlich, die 20 Minuten persönlicher Kontakt waren genug!
Rude, rude, uncooperative. In between endless moans and moans of how exhausting everything is. You feel like a disruptive factor, not as a citizen, on whom a service is performed. With this office in the future only in writing, the 20 minutes of personal contact were enough!
