A	A Egenbauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nach langer Zeit in der Telefonwarteschleife, aufgrund der hohen Infektionszahlen nicht überraschend, hatte ich einen unglaublich freundlichen, kompetenten, Ruhe ausstrahlenden Mitarbeiter am Apparat. Danke für die nette Auskunft und dafür, dass hier auch in hektischen Zeiten Ruhe und Geduld gewahrt werden. After a long time in the phone queue, not surprising given the high number of infections, I had an incredibly friendly, competent and calm employee on the phone. Thank you for the nice information and for maintaining calm and patience even in hectic times.
A	Anika Strohmaier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Großteils inkompetentes und unfreundliches Personal! Telefonleitungen sind permanent (und sichtlich absichtlich!) besetzt. Man merkt deutlich, dass das Personal hoffnungslos überfordert ist, und nichts dergleichen tut, um dies zu ändern. Personen in Quarantäne werden falsch beschuldigt, sich nicht beim Gesundheitsamt Graz gemeldet zu haben, obwohl dies nicht stimmt! Am liebsten sollte ma dem Gesundheitsamt Graz -5 Sterne geben können. Mostly incompetent and unfriendly staff! Phone lines are constantly (and obviously on purpose!) busy. You can clearly tell that the staff is hopelessly overwhelmed and does nothing to change this. People in quarantine are falsely accused of not reporting to the Graz Health Department, although this is not true! I would love to be able to give the Graz health department -5 stars.

Gerade in Zeiten wie diesen, sollten wir das alle sein und Bedenken das auch im Gesundheitswesen Amt NUR MENSCHEN sitzen die ihr Möglichstes tun. Ob ich nun 3 Tage länger auf mein Ergebnis warte ist egal wenn ich ja sowieso krank bin. Auch hat das auf die Quarantäne keine Auswirkungen. Also, take ist easy! ? Competent, friendly and patient. Especially in times like these, we should all be and remember that there are ONLY PEOPLE in the healthcare office who do their best. It doesn't matter if I wait 3 days longer for my result if I'm sick anyway. This also has no effect on the quarantine. So take is easy! ?

Mein Sohn war vor kurzem an Corona erkrankt und das Gesundheitsamt hat sich zeitnah gemeldet. Die Dame vom Gesundheitsamt war derart freundlich und auskunftsbereit, dass man dies sehr hervorheben muss. Das Personal des Gesundheitsamtes tut sein möglichstes und dies sollte man auch wertschätzen und sich nicht immer nur aufregen. Since there are mainly negative reviews here, I would like to give positive feedback. My son recently fell ill with Corona and the health department contacted us promptly. The lady from the health department was so friendly and willing to provide information that this has to be emphasized. The staff of the health department does their best and you should appreciate this and not just get upset.
B	Bernadette Michelitsch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mittlerweile ist die 3G Regel aufgehoben. Eigentlich ist man dämlich wenn man eine Infektion bekannt gibt. Bin den ganzen Winter immer wieder verkühlt. Aber jetzt bin ich eingesperrt wegen einer Verkühlung, obwohl ein bisschen Luft gut tun würde. Es ist ein Wahnsinn wie man seiner Freiheit beraubt wird. Bin 3 mal geimpft und habe mich weiß Gott wie oft testen lassen bevor ich mich mit jemanden getroffen habe. Mein Sohn war schon negativ u musste trotzdem einen Tag länger daheim bleiben, weil der gute Arzt das so geschrieben hat. Ist doch egal wenn die Kinder nicht in die Schule gehen. Dann gab es angeblich noch ein Problem mit dem Computersystem. Wenn ihr überfordert seid dann lasst euch doch helfen. Apotheken sind sicher im Stande Testzeiten zum Freitesten einzurichten. Die Dame am Telefon war zumindest nett. The 3G rule has now been lifted. Actually one is stupid if one announces an infection. I've had colds all winter. But now I'm locked up with a cold, although some air would do. It is insane how one is deprived of one's freedom. I got vaccinated 3 times and God knows how many times I got tested before I met anyone. My son was already negative and still had to stay at home a day longer because the good doctor wrote it that way. It doesn't matter if the kids don't go to school. Then there was allegedly another problem with the computer system. If you are overwhelmed then let us help you. Pharmacies are certainly able to set up test times for free testing. At least the lady on the phone was nice.

Auf Grund der Antwort noch eine Ergänzung: wenn ihr es nicht schafft genug Kapazitäten zur Bearbeitung von Bescheiden zur Verfügung zu stellen und diese nicht nur nicht zeitgerecht sondern gar nicht zustellt, dann solltet ihr vielleicht am System was ändern, damit Leute nicht unnötig in Quarantäne festsitzen müssen! Dass ich hier innerhalb von kurzer Zeit eine (nichtssagende, sich selbst bemitleidende) Antwort erhalte, aber nach wie vor meine Bescheide nicht bearbeitet wurden sagt ja einiges über ihr Zeitmanagement aus! Incredibly unmotivated and completely uninterested in helping. An addition based on the answer: if you don't manage to provide enough capacity to process notifications and not only not deliver them on time but not at all, then maybe you should change something in the system so that people don't have to be stuck in quarantine unnecessarily! The fact that I received a (meaningless, self-pitying) reply within a short time, but my notifications have still not been processed says a lot about your time management!
A	Alexander Prager on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war jetzt 15 Tage abgesondert per Bescheid. Ich wurde über diese Zeit perfekt, freundlich und kompetent von Mitarbeitern und Amtsärzten betreut. Dabei will ich mir nicht vorstellen was die Herrschaften in dieser schwierigen Zeit mitmachen. Sie stehen 7 Tage ( ja ,richtig auch am Wochenende) uns Kranken zu Seite. Auch meiner Frau wurde diese Hilfe zuteil. Wir können uns nur nochmals herzlichen bedanken. ?? I have now been separated by notice for 15 days. During this time, I was cared for perfectly, friendly and competently by employees and medical officers. I don't want to imagine what the gentlemen are going through during this difficult time. They stand by us sick people for 7 days (yes, that's right, even on weekends). This help was also given to my wife. We can only thank you again. ??
