you have zero chances of registering for a vaccination appointment. tried it on two mondays for several hours, by email as well as by phone. that's not okay.

It's unbelievable how you are treated here on the phone, an absolute cheek, nobody has it easy in this whole Covid situation, but that is beyond the scope. Not recommendable.
