W	Walter K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angefangen vom Geburtsurkunden-Service, Reisepass-Service und schlußendlich Heirats-Service wurden wir rundum sehr gut betreut und sehr freundlich behandelt. Die Heirat im Rathaus war für uns unvergeßlich und sehr gut organisiert. Zu den vielen negativen Rezensionen: So wie man in den Wald hineinruft kommt es zurück !! Walter Starting with the birth certificate service, the passport service and finally the marriage service, we were looked after very well and treated in a very friendly manner. The marriage in the town hall was unforgettable and very well organized for us. To the many negative reviews: The way you call into the forest, it comes back !! Walter
b	bojman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ausstellung von Urkunden für neugeborene dauert ca 3 Wochen. Ab der Abgabe von nötigen Unterlagen am LKH musste ich noch 18 Tage warten, bis ich einen Termin für die Ausstelung von Urkunden bekam. Ähnlicherweise für die einfachste Eheschließung im Büro des Standesamtes muss man mindestens 2 Wochen auf terminliche Rückmeldung warten. Die Leute dort sind langsam und inkompetent. Wir wurden heute gleichzeitig von 2 Mitarbeiter bedient und trotzdem dauerte es fast eine Stunde (Anmeldung zur Eheschließung + Ausstellung von zusätzlichen Urkunden für Kindern). Issuing certificates for newborns takes about 3 weeks. After submitting the necessary documents to the LKH, I had to wait 18 days before I got an appointment for the issuance of certificates. Similarly, for the simplest marriage in the registry office, you have to wait at least 2 weeks for appointment feedback. The people there are slow and incompetent. We were served by two employees at the same time today and it still took almost an hour (registration for marriage + issuing of additional certificates for children).

Die Dame am Empfang und die zuständige Bearbeiterin waren beide sehr freundlich, und haben uns umfassend beraten. Zwei Tage später haben wir die Pässe bekommen. Two passports needed. On 28.10.2019 very friendly and quickly done. The lady at the front desk and the responsible editor were both very friendly, and gave us comprehensive advice. Two days later we got the passes.

Keine Auskunft von der Vermittlung bekommen und wurde nur weggetippt ohne Erklärung - das Highlight war, als ich sagte ich bräuchte das Gesundheitsamt wurde ich daraufhin irgendwas gefragt und ich habe sehr höflich gesagt "tut mir leid, ich habe sie akustisch nicht verstanden" und die Antwort der telefonischen Vermittlung war folgender (in ungutem Ton) "WAS, WAS, WAS, WAS BEI GESUNDHEITSAMT??????". Die Person benahm sich gegenüber mir sehr unprofessionell, wirkte unorganisiert und frustriert. Ich ersuche Sie um Klärung dieser Situation. Das kann doch nicht wahr sein, dass bei der Stadt Graz so mit Anrufern umgegangen wird? The telephone operator behaved very arrogantly and unacceptably. No information was received from the agency and was just typed away without explanation - the highlight was when I said I needed the health department, I was asked something and I said very politely "I'm sorry, I didn't understand you acoustically" and the answer the telephone exchange was the following (in an uncomfortable tone) "WHAT, WHAT, WHAT, WHAT AT HEALTH OFFICE ??????". The person was acting very unprofessionally towards me, looking disorganized and frustrated. I ask you to clarify this situation. Surely it can't be true that the city of Graz treats callers in this way?
