★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a couple with a 2-year old toddler we were looking for an apartment with a kitchen in a quiet area (not in the center).
- The staff is friendly and helpful.
- The location is awesome, as we were close to supermarkets; public transportation(tram, s-train, u-train, and bus); restaurants; and a shopping center.
- The room itself was huge and well designed, bedroom and living room are well separated. The kitchen is well equipped (we prepared "cooked" food for our child twice a day). As a bonus the coffee and tea provided by the facility are awesome, and the first two pads and two bags are gratis. There is even a towel warmer at the bathroom. The TV supported Netflix.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel and value. Room had a full kitchen in the room well equipped so you can prepare you own meals. There are 3 small grocery stores less than 5 minutes walk away. Neighborhood was quiet and relaxed with about a 20 minute walk to all the tourist areas. Staff was extremely friendly and the value for price was amazing. This is a newer property and everything was spotless and new. Can't recommend enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff incredibly polite. Room is gorgeous. Minor complaints to keep this from being the perfect stay despite giving 5 stars... keep this in mind this is from a spoiled American 1) AC is in the kitchen area, not the bedroom... so can be a bit stuffy for those that like to be a little cool when time for bed. After the first night I asked the staff for a fan which they provided. 2) Not a huge deal but can be if you don’t want to go through all your towels in no time... shower doesn’t have a door so water slips over the little lip easily. Other than that, I’m incredibly happy with my stay! Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My girlfriend and I spend 5 days there and were very happy with having so much space for this price. A bedroom, a kitchen with everything you need in it, 2 balconies, separate bathroom, and toilet. (comfort suite) In other place you get only a room with a bathroom and pay the same amount. Also this place is "Neubau" meaning it is not a modern building with thick walls.
They cleaned once in those 5 days (every 3 days, which we found perfect).
There is a Kebap place and a Billa near by which we used.
The location is a bit out of the city center but the 71 line (3 mins. away) gets you directly to Oper/Karlsplatz from where you can get anywhere.
The staff was friendly and forthcoming.
Can only recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax in Vienna.
