It is very clean with everything you need for a business trip.
Iron, ironing board, shoe shine, shower cap, body wash, shampoo even body lotion.
Enough plugs to charge your devices.
Large shower with great water pressure. The rainfall shower head is a bit grimmy but how should a cleaning lady cleans it without getting wet? Hand held one wasn't, so you know they clean it often.
Drain was unfortunately clogged but someone needs to report it.
Large bathroom as well.
Comfortable bed with enough pillows (total of 4 for a queen-size bed) so if it is too soft you can have two pillows.
Oh a walk-in closet... What a luxury for Vienna. But the door is a bit dangerous and it not all the way to the floor, so beware of your heels... I got hit but luckily not hurt...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is really outstanding place to stay. Breakfast from local markets and bakeries made me feel awesome. Great localization, bike-sharing in the closest neighbourhood and really pleasant staff would make you feel very comfortable. Additionally as an architect I would like to say that the building itself is one of the most interesting forms of modern architecture. Strongly recommend you guys stay here in Eurostars Embassy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A wonderful hotel with very helpful staff. The room was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. In a good location close to all types of transport. Loved our stay. Will definitely be back. The breakfast was really nice my son loved it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel. Modern rooms, friendly reception. No AC though, so the room temperature is very hot - even in April. ..and if one leaves the window open, the street noise is significant.

Room was nice and cool by the time I got up there.
