The design of the lobby, the possibility of drinking tea and coffee 24 hours a day for free, proximity to the city centre and public transport stations (tram in 1 minute walk, railway station in 2-3 minutes walk).

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ κοντά στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Απο εξω εχει στάση τραμ, ενω στα 5 λεπτά περπάτημα ειναι το τρένο. Είχε καλο πρωινο συγκριτικά με τημ τιμή του, αλλα μικρό με αποτέλεσμα να επικρατεί συνοστισμος. Το check in είναι αργα 14:30,οπότε έπρεπε να περιμένουμε κάποιες ώρες. Ειχα στείλει μήνυμα οτι αυτό είναι ενα μικρό ταξίδι μετά το γάμος μας.. Η απογοήτευση οταν είδα το δωμάτιο δεν περιγράφεται!!! 2μονα κολλημενα.. Συν ενα μόνο, λες και κλείσαμε τρίκλινο. Πάρτε παντόφλες μαζί σας,δεν παρέχουν και δεν γίνεται να περπατάει κάνεις στην βρόμικη μοκέτα. Το μπανιο άθλιο, να αγοράσετε μολις φτάσετε αφρόλουτρο και σαμπουάν καθώς αυτό που παρέχεται είναι το λιγότερο τραγικό. Το σέρβις στο δωμάτιο είναι μονο στρώσιμο και αλλαγή πετσέτες, τώρα τα υπόλοιπα δεν χρειάζεται να καθαρίζονται. Καθε τέταρτη μέρα η αλλαγή στα σεντόνια. Ο καφές και το τσάι λενε είναι free ολο το 24ωρο, ειναι μηχανής εσπρέσο και καπουτσίνο και καλα ούτε φίλτρου ούτε κατι άλλο.. Οταν λοιπόν έπρεπε να φύγουμε 4 τα ξημερώματα λόγο πτήσης η καφετιέρα ηταν κλειστή και ο ρεσεψιονιστ μάλλον δεν ήξερε να τη λειτουργεί και είπε οτι απλα δεν δουλεύει. Ευτυχώς μας αποζημίωσε η πόλη, υπέροχη!! Ίσως είμαι αυστηρή στην κριτική μου γιατί εργάζομαι ολη μου την ζωή σε ξενοδοχεία και σκάφη αναψυχής. Αλλα δεν θα το Πρότεινα.. Ο λόγος που το κλείσαμε ηταν η διακόσμηση που έδειχνε.. Λίγο παράδοση.. Αλλά καμιά σχέση.

I liked the location of the hotel so much, it's near Belveder. Very nice Tirol style decoration in the lobby and rooms. Breakfast was really good and tasty.

Everything was fine except the fact that the breakfast room (which is lovely decorated btw) is way too small for the amount of guests. Breakfast was delicious anyway ? the staff was nice and friendly too.

Reception, Lobby seating and dining areas, free drinks in the lobby areas. Friendly helpful staff. No kettle, tea, coffee facilities in our room. No fridge with drinks or snacks in our room - (chargeable of course).

The friendliness of the staff. The bathroom was too small. In addition, the rooms are noisy. You can clearly hear the people in the corridor and at the end of the day they were busy renovating upstairs rooms.

Perfect hotel for a short stay in Vienna! It is conveniently located close to the main train station and next to a tram stop. The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Highly recommended!

The food was good, breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Although the OJ was not, concentrate from a machine. The room was awful. We were given a room with 3 single beds in which looked like they had been salvaged from a scrap yard. No decoration on the walls, dark, curtains hanging off their rail and the TV was stuck in a corner which couldn't be viewed from all the beds.
