Abbiamo prenotato tramite booking e chiesto se era possibile avere un orario di check in anticipato, ma dopo una iniziale disponibilità il giorno stesso dell’arrivo ci viene detto che non era possibile costringendoci a girare per la città con le valigie fino alle 14. Al check-in a cui arriviamo leggermente in ritardo, e veniamo pressati dal fatto che ad attenderci c’è un’amica che non parla nemmeno inglese e a stento ci riconosce. Alla fine dopo aver chiamato la padrona ci fa entrare. Casa in seminterrato, appartamento ben organizzato, stufa a gas rotta. La vicinanza alla metro descritta su booking risulta un bluff ma comunque vicino ad un fermata di un tram, per fortuna puntuali e frequenti. Non mi sento di consigliarlo!!
Bad experience. We booked through booking and asked if it was possible to have an early check-in time, but after an initial availability on the day of arrival we are told that it was not possible forcing us to walk around the city with suitcases until 2 pm. -in which we arrive slightly late, and we are pressed by the fact that there is a friend waiting for us who does not even speak English and hardly recognizes us. Eventually, after calling the mistress, she lets us in. Basement house, well-organized apartment, broken gas stove. The proximity to the metro described on booking is a bluff but still close to a tram stop, fortunately punctual and frequent. I don't feel like recommending it !!
