★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The people were friendly and helpful. The 24h reception enabled flexible arrival. The room had everything you Need and the breakfast was great - though the breakfast area is a bit small during peak time at touristic big season... very nice and joyfull decoration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The one star is for the friendly staff and welcoming lobby. Don’t let that cute lobby fool you. I’ve stayed in hostels that felt safer than the guest rooms at this hotel. The room was sparsely furnished, the shower head was in the middle of the bathtub, there was ONE electrical outlet in the room, and there was zero air conditioning or air circulation. The place gave me a creepy vibe and I wasn’t comfortable staying there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic hotel close to the center of Vienna. The staff was really nice. However rooms were very basic and not as nice as they were advertised in the pictures. Shower with a (dirty) curtain. We could also hear the noise of the elevator working.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally highly recommend this hotel for those with tight budget who want be in city center with a tram right in front the mean door of the hotel as well as having a nice room and DELICIOUS buffet breakfast , I must say that they give me a double room when I have booked one single I presume this is because I am a frequent costumer , you get what you pay for and more … extremely reasonable prices for the good you get : extremely friendly staff , delicious varied breakfast , good room , extremely close from center. So I don’t understand the negative comments above ??♂️ I would suggest everyone to come Enziana hotel as well as recommend to all my friends and everyone who want a good hotel , with nice breakfast and centrical . Thanks Enziana hotel to make again my staying in vien very beautiful :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really disappointing experience. The "Superior room" was nothing like the photos, it had stains on the furniture, rust and hair in the tiny shower, bear walls and an overall really depressing atmosphere. There was no way to control water temperature in the shower, so you get hot and cold water randomly. We asked for a different room but were told that none better were available.
The staff is kind and accommodating and breakfast is nice but this didn't help the sense of frustration with getting something so different than advertised. Wouldn't recommend it.
