Die Meinung des Angestellten war wichtiger, als mein Kundenwunsch. Nie mehr geh ich in diese Apotheke! Extremely long wait and very, very, very rude staff !! before you simply get a homeopathic medicine, everything is tried to make a fool look foolish! The employee's opinion was more important than my customer request. I'll never go to this pharmacy again!

Trotz großen Andrangs hat man sich engagiert und fachlich versiert um mein Problem gekümmert. Das richtige Mittel hat sich schnell gefunden, auch Alternativen angeboten. Die Mitarbeiter waren super nett, ja fürsorglich. Und ich ruckzuck beschwerdefrei. Ich wünschte mir alle Apotheken würde solch einen Service bieten. Weiter so! Flexible, competent and super friendly. In need in transit. In spite of the great rush, my problem was dealt with in a dedicated and technically competent manner. The right remedy was found quickly, and alternatives were also offered. The staff were super nice, yes caring. And I will be symptom-free in no time. I wish all pharmacies would offer such a service. Keep it up!

J	Jana Stelzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich bin selten von jemandem so unfreundlich behandelt worden wie von dem Magister mit den grauen Haaren (Name ist mir leider nicht bekannt). Natürlich kann jeder mal einen schlechten Tag haben, aber abgesehen davon dass man seine schlechte Laune niemals an Kunden auslassen sollte, war dies leider kein einmaliger Vorfall. Ich werde diese Apotheke also zukünftig lieber meiden und kann sie leider auch anderen (vor allem jenen die auf Hilfe angewiesen sind und eine ausführliche und gute Beratung benötigen) absolut nicht empfehlen. I have seldom been treated as unkindly by someone as by the master with the gray hair (unfortunately I don't know his name). Of course, everyone can have a bad day, but apart from the fact that you should never take your bad mood out on customers, this was unfortunately not a one-off incident. So I will avoid this pharmacy in the future and unfortunately I absolutely cannot recommend it to others (especially those who depend on help and need detailed and good advice).
