Die Bedienung war von Beginn bis zum Ende eine Katastrophe. Herr Omar war unfreundlich, aggressiv und drohte mir und wurde unverschämt auf meine Bitte per Sie zu sein. Zu dem schaffte er es bis auf mein Anraten beim POS Terminal bitte auf Kreditkarte einzustellen nicht den Zahlungsverkehr erfolgreich abzuwickeln und wurde dabei noch laut. Dies war definitiv mein letzter Einkauf bei dieser Apotheke! Been to the pharmacy for a nasal spray today. The pharmacy was empty and I was served by a Mr. Omar. The waitress was a disaster from start to finish. Mr. Omar was rude, aggressive and threatened me and became outrageous at my request to be with you. Apart from my advice at the POS terminal, he also managed to switch to credit card and did not successfully process the payment transactions and was still loud. This was definitely my last purchase from this pharmacy!

Parkplatzsituation gut, auch vom vom Bahnhof perfekt erreichbar. Interessante selbst hergestellte Produkte. Great pharmacy! Fast operation despite complex orders and pharmaceutically competent and pleasant advice. Parking situation good, also perfectly accessible from the train station. Interesting self-made products.

Kunden werden behandelt wie unmündige Bürger (“Sie wissen schon, dass Sie eine Kopfschmerztablette nicht am Abend einnehmen dürfen”). Musste mir dann noch bei einem BMI von 23 einem Mitarbeiter lautstark und indiskret unterstellen lassen, ich wäre schwanger. Several times encountered constantly changing, incompetent and penetrating staff. Customers are treated like minor citizens ("You know that you can not take a headache pill in the evening"). I still had to submit to a BMI of 23 an employee loud and indiscreet, I would be pregnant.
T	Thomas Sandholzer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren am Samstag, 07.03.2020 Nachmittags bei Ihnen und haben nach dem Besuch beim Krankenhaus ein verschriebenes Rezept abgeholt. Der Junge diensthabende Mann bediente uns ohne Grüßen, mit beiden Händen in der Jogging-Hosentasche. Nach dem er die Ware gebracht hat, hat er erneut ohne Worte diese Waren fast aus dem "Fensterchen" geschmissen und hat sich wieder ohne Grüßen und mit den Händen im Sack versteckt. Seinem Gesicht konnte man ansehen, das er an diesem Tag nicht sehr gerne gearbeitet hat. Finde ich sehr schade, denn es waren nicht nur irgendwelche Kopfwehtabletten, die man auch bei normalen Öffnungszeiten holen könnte, sondern ein sehr wichtiges Medikament. Menschen die außerhalb der Öffnungszeiten Medikamente benötigen haben etwas schlimmeres. Ich finde da könnte man ein bisschen Respekt zeigen. Ich hoffe die Geschäftsleitung spricht mit dem Herren, damit in Zukunft andere kranke Menschen würdevoller bedient werden. I hope the management speaks to the gentleman so that other sick people will be served with dignity in the future.

Aber teilweise schreit sich da jemand die Seele aus dem Leib, dass man denken könnte man wäre in der Klapse. War schon in besseren Apotheken mit viel kompetenterem Personal als in dieser!! I don't know what is meant by normal communication in this pharmacy. But sometimes someone screams their hearts out that you could think you were in a slap. Was in better pharmacies with much more competent staff than this one!
A	Astrid Kubu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr unfreundlich! Man hat mich gar nicht beachtet. Obwohl 7 Kunden gewartet haben war nur ein Apotheker zur Kundenbedinung da. Die anderen Mitarbeiter hat man im Hintergrund nur immer reden und lachen gehört. Ich werde nicht mehr dahin gehen. Very impolite! I wasn't even noticed. Although 7 customers were waiting, only one pharmacist was there to serve the customer. You could only hear the other employees talking and laughing in the background. I won't go there anymore.
