Die Regale haben sich geleert, die Verkäuferinnen sind goscherter geworden und blödeln lieber im Backoffice als sich um Kundschaft zu kümmern. Wenn ich für €65 einkaufe und dann 20cent für ein Säckle zahlen muss und ich dann auf Nachfrage von Fr. Schnetzer zurechtgestutzt werde, dann muss ich sagen, mich bringen die 20cent und die Frechheiten der arroganten Verkäuferin nicht um. Die Apotheke möglicherweise schon. Schade, wir haben in den vergangenen Jahrzehnten viele zehntausend Euro dort ausgegeben. Bis auch in dieser Apotheke wieder kundenfreundliche Leute das Sagen haben (und das geht mitunter schneller als man denkt) gehen wir halt nach Ems und Götzis wie wir das vor der Altacher Apotheke auch schon getan haben. This was my main pharmacy to this day. With the change of operator, a lot has changed (but nothing for the better). The shelves have emptied, the shop assistants have become more enthusiastic and prefer to fool around in the back office than take care of customers. If I buy for € 65 and then have to pay 20 cents for a sack and then, when asked by Ms. Schnetzer, I get trimmed down, then I have to say that the 20 cents and the cheekiness of the arrogant saleswoman won't kill me. The pharmacy might. It's a shame, we've spent tens of thousands of euros there over the past few decades. Until customer-friendly people are in charge again in this pharmacy (and that is sometimes faster than you think) we go to Ems and Götzis, as we did before the Altach pharmacy.

Götzis ist nicht viel weiter! Arrogant, rude and incompetent about one thing. References to mistakes, which is why I had to go there twice, are dismissed snippily. Götzis is not much further!
