★ ★ ★ ★ ★ War bisher immer zufrieden. In letzter Zeit häuffen sich jedoch unangenehme Gebaren. Ungefragt wird einem ein Generika aufgetischt, mit dem Zitat“ Wir geben nur österreichische Produkte weiter“ Auf meine Nachfrage sagte der Apotheker “ Der Arzt weiss ja nicht mal, was er Ihnen verschreibt.“
So gehts aber nicht!!!!!
Has always been satisfied. However, uncomfortable behavior has been accumulating lately. A generic drug is served unanswered, with the quote “We only pass on Austrian products”. When asked, the pharmacist said, “The doctor doesn't even know what he prescribes for you.”
But that's not how it works !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Freundin war heute Nacht/Morgen (06:20 Uhr) beim Notdienst und brauchte unter anderem ein Medikament, welches rezeptpflichtig ist. Sie wurde unfreudlich behandelt und mit den Worten "Komm wieder wenn du ein Rezept hast. Aber nicht vor 08:00 Uhr, ich stehe sicher nicht mehr auf." verabschiedet. Lieber in der Vinomna oder Marien Apotheke in Rankweil halt machen.
My girlfriend was on the emergency service tonight / morning (6:20 a.m.) and, among other things, needed a drug that requires a prescription. She was treated unpleasantly and with the words "Come back if you have a prescription. But not before 8:00 am, I will definitely not get up again." adopted. Better to stop at Vinomna or Marien Apotheke in Rankweil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Letztens beim bereitschaftsdienst in der nacht war der Apotheker so richtig unfreundlich/gereizt... so richtig effig, ich hatte starke Kopfschmerzen und er war nur am Motzen. Nie wieder werde ich bei dieser Apotheke etwas kaufen, sowas unsymphatisches habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt! Sogar ein stern ist zu viel
The last time on duty at night the pharmacist was really unfriendly / irritable ... really effigious, I had a severe headache and he was just moaning. I will never buy anything from this pharmacy again, I haven't seen anything like that in a long time! Even one star is too much

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wäre die Apotheke nicht so nahe, würde ich zu einer anderen gehen. Fühle mich hier nicht sehr gut aufgehoben als Kunde.
If the pharmacy weren't so close, I would go to a different one. I don't feel that I'm in very good hands here as a customer.

Unfriendly employees, no to bad advice, no discretion. I rarely feel badly advised in this pharmacy. This rating is based on the experience of several visits.
