Kennengelernt habe ich die Mitarbeiter und die Chefin als Kunde und meine Erfahrungen waren immer sehr positiv. Möglicherweise sollten Sie sich darüber Gedanken machen, ob Sie sich nicht zu wichtig nehmen ;-) Geduld ist eine Tugend und es ist einfach unglaublich traurig , in welcher Gesellschaft wir uns langsam befinden. Haben Sie sich vielleicht auch mal Gedanken darüber gemacht das auch unsere Apotheken am Limit waren, seit wir in dieser ungewöhnlichen Zeit leben? Viele im Gesundheitsbereich sind an ihr Limit gekommen und da wäre es doch schön wenn wir unseren Beitrag leisten und uns zurück nehmen und ihnen vielleicht auch mal einen schlechten Tag zugestehen, den sie Frau Buchner , sicherlich auch haben, sonst hätten sie die Rezepte sicherlich zeitnah abgeholt ;-) denn das ist nur menschlich!! Wenn es mein Unternehmen wäre, dann wäre ich froh wenn sie nicht mehr kommen würden... denn auf solche , sich selbst zu wichtig nehmenden Menschen, kann und will ich gerne verzichten. Dear Ms. Buchner, since I worked for many years as an employee of the company World-of-jobs in Kaulbachstrasse 6 (neighbor of the Nibelungen pharmacy) I know the employees and the manager of the Nibelungen pharmacy. I got to know the employees and the boss as a customer and my experiences have always been very positive. Maybe you should worry about whether you don't take yourself too seriously ;-) Patience is a virtue and it is just incredibly sad to see the society we are slowly finding ourselves in. Have you ever thought that our pharmacies have also been at their limit since we were living in this unusual time? Many in the health sector have reached their limit and it would be nice if we could do our part and take back and perhaps give them a bad day, which Ms. Buchner will certainly have, otherwise they would have picked up the prescriptions promptly ;-) because that's only human !! If it were my company, then I would be happy if they stopped coming ... because I can and will gladly do without such people who take themselves too seriously. Man wird- bis auf eine Ausnahme bei einer Mitarbeiterin, die alles andere als kompetent wirkt- wirklich gut beraten. Solange ich nicht zu besagter Mitarbeiterin komme (wobei mir Fortuna hier leider nicht hold ist) bin ich immer zufrieden. Es wird auch auf spezielle Kundenwünsche eingegangen. Tolle Apotheke! Und wenn man jemand besonders Fähigen möchte, fragt man am besten nach Frau Fenkart. Eine durch und durch kompetente wie sympathische Frau, für die Kundenzufriedenheit das Wichtigste zu sein scheint. Top! The pharmacy itself is bright and friendly. With the exception of one member of staff who seems anything but competent, you get really good advice. As long as I don't get to the said employee (although unfortunately Fortuna isn't kind to me here) I'm always satisfied. Special customer requests are also addressed. Great pharmacy! And if you want someone particularly capable, it's best to ask for Ms. Fenkart. A thoroughly competent and likeable woman for whom customer satisfaction seems to be the most important thing. Top!
