Wurde sehr freundlich bedient, das Geschäft ist geordnet und gepflegt, das Ergebnis ist ausgezeichnet. 4. Hatte einen großen Fettfleck and einer teureren Daunenjacken und hatte mich bereits mit dem Gedanken abgefunden ihn wohl nicht rauszubekommen. Nach der Reinigung war die Jacke wie neu und alles ist rausgegangen. Absolute Empfehlung! 5. Hiers ist alles super funktioniert. Das Personal ist seht nett/ 6. Kompetente Putzerei 7. Niemand weiß bescheid, vor Ort sehe ich einen Teil meiner Hemden, aber die Dame empfiehlt an der hotline anzurufen. Die Hotline sagt mir, die zuständige Kollegin sei heute nicht mehr anwesend. Entweder der Laden hat einen Teil meiner Hemden verloren oder sie verkaufen Hemden weiter, anders kann ich mir dieses Chaos nicht erklären ? Never experienced anything so unprofessional - order 11 days overdue. Nobody knows, I can see some of my shirts on site, but the lady recommends calling the hotline. The hotline tells me that the colleague responsible is no longer there today. Either the shop has lost some of my shirts or they are reselling shirts, there is no other way I can explain this chaos ?
P	Philipp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WARNUNG!! schlechter Service und teurer Preis allein wären ja nicht so schlimm. Expressservice gibt es übrigens immer gratis aber erst auf Nachfrage. Hemden erhält man auch mal mit einem neuen Fleck und dem Hinweis zurück, dass der Fleck nicht rauszubekommen sei. Die Waschmaschine zu Hause hatte kein Problem damit. Heute wurde die Annahme eines Hemds verweigert, weil darauf ein stecknadelkopfgroßer Blutfleck war. Begründung: „wir können Flecken nicht weg machen.“ aha. WARNING!! bad service and expensive price alone would not be so bad. Incidentally, express service is always free but only on request. You also get shirts with a new stain and the indication that the stain can not be found out. The washing machine at home had no problem with that. Today, the acceptance of a shirt was denied because it was a pinhead-sized blood stain. Reason: "we can not put stains away." Aha.

Turns out they were not and I had to pay anyway. What is the point to give it to a professional cleaner then? Just a rip off. And rude.

Jacket still had loose hairs and fluff on it that I was able to wipe off. Still smells musty... I feel like they just wrapped the jacket in plastic and then I collected it. Would not recommend.
