Und sollte etwas einmal gar nicht mehr zu retten sein, wird einem das vom Personal ehrlich mitgeteilt, sodass man sich die Kosten für die Reinigung erspart. Komme immer wieder gerne! I am very satisfied every time! Even heavy soiling disappears as if by magic. And if something cannot be saved at all, the staff will tell you so honestly, so that you save the costs of cleaning. I am always happy to come back!

Am Dienstag wollte ich den Anzug abholen, als ich dort war hieß es laut der Dame von der Reinigung, dass sie den ganzen Tag keinen Strom hatten, musste also am nächsten Tag noch einmal hinfahren. Ein kurzer Anruf wäre nett gewesen und hätte mir eine Anfahrt von über einer halben Stunde erspart. Entschuldigung gab es auch keine. Nach der Reinigung hatte mein Anzug leichte Wellen am Kragen, das Bügeln war also nicht sehr sorgfältig. I brought a suit to be cleaned on a Saturday, the lady from the cleaning department said the suit would be ready on Monday. On Tuesday I wanted to pick up the suit, when I was there, according to the cleaning lady, they said they had no electricity the whole day, so I had to go back the next day. A quick call would have been nice and would have saved me a journey of over half an hour. There was also no apology. After cleaning, my suit had slight waves on the collar, so ironing was not very careful.

C	Calvin Kam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great little laundry service. Friendly patrons who do same day service at 20€ for one large load. Although a bit pricier than quoted, I am contempt with the service and would come again. It was also ideal due to its proximity to my hotel and Stephenplatz.
J	James & Anne-Lise on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rarely post reviews but this time I will. If you like your clothes, avoid this place! It used to be good but it has gone downhill over the past few months. They have done a succession of mistakes. I still trusted them with my wedding dress and they ruined it. Cherry on the cake, they were extremely rude about it. They didn’t apologize and they didn’t reimburse the cleaning fee (NB: I am not even talking about covering the cost of the tailor to try and fix it or the price of the dress, just asking for an apology and the reimbursement cleaning fee which I had to pay upfront). When I confront them with their poor job and lies (the breast support foam had been torn apart by the chemicals and fell “by magic” I was told), they said I “just had to bring it to a tailor” and that their job was “just to give it back clean and white”. Well no, their job is to care for your clothes and give it back to you in one piece, not torn apart. It was clean indeed, but do not go there, if you aren’t ready to take that risk.
