★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonservice ist so schlecht und unbrauchbar wie in einem Wiener Kaffeehaus. Konservativ, ungeduldig und grundsätzlich muss man alles selbst per Email oder in der Ubahnstelle erledigen. Ressourcen Verschwendung
 Telephone service is as bad and unusable as in a Viennese coffee house. Conservative, impatient and basically you have to do everything yourself by email or in the subway station. Waste of resources

התחבורה הציבורית בוינה יעילה מאוד.
החיסרון היחיד הוא שניתן לרכוש כרטיס שבועי רק מיום שני לשני. החלטה זו גורמת לבזבוז כסף כאשר רוצים להשתמש בתחבורה הציבורית.
Give courteous, patient service, with an explanation for every question!
Public transport in Vienna is very efficient.
The only downside is that you can purchase a weekly ticket only from Monday to Monday. This decision is a waste of money when it comes to using public transportation.
