Long waiting times and difficult to get through on the phone, but the ordination ladies are extremely nice and speak an admirable number of languages and the doctor is competent and polite.

Man kommt einfach nicht durch. Das alte Wartezimmer war viel besser. Jetzt alles hochmodern. Da fühlt man sich einfach nicht wohl. Not a good doctor. Get rid of you quickly. Don't listen. Assistant keep coming in for signatures. Calling is useless. You just can't get through. The old waiting room was much better. Now everything is very modern. You just don't feel comfortable there.

Er schaut einen an und hört sich die Beschwerden an die man hat ohne zu hetzen auch wenn viel los ist. Bei so einem Arzt und einem Team verstehe ich auch wenn mal mehr los ist. I've been with Dr. Thalhammer, and he never made you feel like he wanted to get rid of you quickly. He looks at you and listens to the complaints you have without rushing, even when there is a lot going on. With such a doctor and a team, I understand even when there is more going on.
