Zwar fehlt natürlich die persönliche Note durch die vielen Ärztinnen, aber man wird sehr schnell und kompetent behandelt. Manche Ärztinnen kennen einen aber trotzdem. Bin zu 100% zufrieden! Ist sehr zu empfehlen! Just great! Friendly staff and physicians pointed inside! Although the personal touch, of course, is missing due to the many physicians * inside but it is treated very quickly and competently. Some physicians * know inside but one nevertheless. Am 100% satisfied! Is highly recommended!
R	Renate Essbüchl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich wurde vor einigen Tagen Fuß operiert und bräuchte dringend einen Verbandwechsel, das Wochenende war da ich wollte anrufen und bitten um einen Hausbesuch für einen Verbandwechsel ,selbst nach einer dreiviertel Stunde kam ich telefonisch nicht durch das ist schon einige Male vorgekommen und jetzt bin ich wirklich schon richtig sauer, ist das notwendig dass man seine Patienten so lange in der Warteschleife hält und nicht abhebt? I had foot surgery a few days ago and urgently need a bandage change, the weekend was here I wanted to call and ask for a home visit to change the bandage, even after three quarters of an hour I couldn't get through on the phone this has happened a few times and now I'm really really pissed off, is it necessary to keep your patients on hold for so long and not pick them up?
M	Michael P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich kann über die Kompetenz der Ärzte nichts sagen, soweit bin ich nicht gekommen. Nach telefonischer Auskunft wurde mir mitgeteilt ich könnte trotz Corona ohne Termin zwischen 8 und 19 Uhr zur Impfung vorbei schauen. Komme also am nächsten Tag in die Praxis. Vorort wurde ich wieder nachhause geschickt da erst ab Nachmittag geimpft wird und zudem eine Reservierung erwünscht ist. War leider eine Zeitverschwendung. I can't say anything about the competence of the doctors, I haven't got that far. After information was given by telephone, I was informed that, despite Corona, I could drop by for a vaccination between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. without an appointment. So come to the practice the next day. On the spot I was sent home again because the vaccinations will only start in the afternoon and a reservation is also desired. Unfortunately it was a waste of time.

Die Wartezeiten sind recht kurz und die AssistentInnen erledigen alles sehr rasch :) Die Ärzte sind kompetent und man fühlt sich verstanden. Komme jederzeit gerne wieder und kann die Praxis nur weiterempfehlen. I changed doctor a few months ago and am now extremely satisfied with the ordination. The waiting times are quite short and the assistants take care of everything very quickly :) The doctors are competent and you feel understood. I would love to come back at any time and can only recommend the practice to others.
G	Georg Müller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komme sehr gerne aus einem anderen Bezirk in die Praxis, weil ich mich jedes Mal sehr gut aufgehoben fühle. Trotz regem Patientenverkehr wurde ich bis dato sehr gut betreut. Man merkt einfach, dass die Praxis und das Personal gewachsen ist. Die Räumlichkeiten natürlich nicht, was manchmal ein bisschen erdrückend wirkt. Der Wartebereich ist etwas klein. Gerade jetzt in Zeiten von Corona fällt es etwas schwer, sich aus dem Weg zu gehen. An raschen Tagen kann man jedoch relativ rasch im Mittelgang Platz nehmen. Speziell heute konnte ich in einem Gesundheitsgespräch viele Themen klären, die ich schon länger aufgeschoben habe, einfach weil man sich die Zeit für mich genommen hat. Die Tonbandansage ist wirklich etwas zu lang, aber ich verstehe natürlich, dass man sich so x Gespräche erspart, die wiederum nur die Telefonleitung blockieren. Weiter so! I really enjoy coming to the practice from a different district because I always feel that I am in very good hands. Despite the busy patient traffic, I have been very well looked after up to now. You can just tell that the practice and the staff have grown. Of course not the premises, which can be a bit overwhelming at times. The waiting area is a bit small. Especially now in times of Corona it is a bit difficult to get out of your way. On fast days, however, you can take a seat in the aisle relatively quickly. Today in particular, I was able to clarify many topics in a health talk that I had postponed for a long time, simply because they took the time for me. The tape announcement is really a bit too long, but of course I understand that you can save yourself x calls which in turn only block the telephone line. Keep it up!
A	Angela Aigner on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meine Mutter und ich sind über 10 Jahre Patienten beim Herrn Doktor Klapper. Leider wird es immer negativer, überhaupt wenn er kaum noch da ist. Freundlichkeit ist nicht mehr die Stärke und man wartet jedes mal beim Anrufen bis zu einer Stunde wenn nicht länger, dass überhaupt jemand abhebt! Dann wird einem aufgehängt nur weil man fragt ob das normal ist das man jedes mal so lange in der Leitung ist!! Wenn das so weiter geht, wird ein neuer Hausarzt gesucht! Schade um Herrn Dr Klapper. My mother and I have been patients of Dr. Klapper for over 10 years. Unfortunately, it's getting more and more negative, especially when he's hardly there anymore. Friendliness is no longer the strong point and you wait up to an hour each time you call, if not longer, for someone to answer! Then you get hung up just because you ask if it's normal that you're on the line for so long every time!! If this continues, a new family doctor will be needed! Too bad about Dr Klapper.
