I was at fr for the first time today. dr. müller, because my doctor is on vacation. I haven't seen such a loving, intelligent and understanding doctor for a long time! incredibly nice, the doctor! thank you thank you thank you! this is how doctors should be, and not arrogant, self-indulgent and "cold" such as fr. dr. st. m	mirjam karoly on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind nun bereits in der dritten Generation bei der Praxis Wilhelmstrasse Dr. Dörflinger, Dr. Trappl, Dr. Reiterer und die anderen tollen Ärztinnen und Assistentinnen vor Ort- alle Angehörigen unserer großen Familie wurden immer bestens betreut. In Notfällen Hausbesuch gemacht, schnell reagiert und immer wunderbar behandelt. Ein wahnsinnig engagierte, menschliche und zukunftsweisende Praxisgemeinschaft, die eine großen Unterschied macht auch für Menschen die sich keine Privatärzt*innen oder Zusatzversicherungen leisten können. Das Modell einer Praxisgemeinschaft lebt vor was eine kompetenzzentrierte Gesundheitseinrichtung leisten kann. Sollte Vorbild für Wiener Möglichkeiten und niederschwellige und nachhaltige Gesundheitsvorsorge sein! We are now in the third generation at the Wilhelmstrasse Dr. Dörflinger, Dr. Trappl, Dr. Reiterer and the other great doctors and assistants on site - all members of our large family were always well looked after. Made house calls in emergencies, reacted quickly and always treated wonderfully. An incredibly committed, human and forward-looking community practice that makes a big difference, even for people who cannot afford private doctors or additional insurance. The model of a community practice exemplifies what a competence-centered healthcare facility can achieve. Should be a role model for Viennese possibilities and low-threshold and sustainable health care!
K	Kerstin Thoma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seit immer (ich bin 30) meine Arztpraxis. Ich wohne nicht mehr im 12. Bezirk und würde trotzdem nie wo anders hingehen. Alle Ärzte sind verständnisvoll, hören zu und bemühen sich. Frau Dr. Reiter war schon des öfteren meine Rettung. Manchmal wartet man lang, manchmal auch überhaupt nicht. Kommt man spontan vorbei weil man etwas braucht, kann es nunmal dauern wenn Akutfälle reinkommen. Wenn ich es planen kann, mache ich mir einen Termin aus und komme dann auch sofort an die Reihe. Einfach Top!! I've always been my doctor's office (I'm 30). I no longer live in the 12th district and would still never go anywhere else. All doctors are understanding, listening, and making an effort. Miss Dr. Reiter has often been my salvation. Sometimes you wait a long time, sometimes not at all. If you come by spontaneously because you need something, it can take a while when acute cases come in. If I can plan it, I'll make an appointment and then I'll get my turn straight away. Simply great !!

Leider musste ich trotz Termin ein bisschen warten, jedoch die Freundlichkeit des Arztes ließ einem das Warten gleich vergessen. Auch die blonde Empfangsdame war sehr nett und erklärte mir alles weitere. Der Warteraum ist hell und sauber. Für mich sind 5 Sterne das Mindeste. Had my first appointment with Dr. Vogel yesterday. Unfortunately, I had to wait a bit despite having an appointment, but the friendliness of the doctor made you forget the wait right away. The blonde receptionist was also very nice and explained everything else to me. The waiting room is bright and clean. For me 5 stars is the minimum.
L	Lukas Bergmayr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich war bis jetzt dreimal dort und jedesmal sind die Empfangsdamen unfreundlich und begrüßen einen nichtmal wenn man vor ihnen steht! Nichtmal den Blick heben sie und man fühlt sich wie auf einem Wiener Amt! Unfreundlich, nicht zuvorkommend und generell noch unfreundlicher zu Männern! Als müsse Mann um Audienz ansuchen jedesmal wenn man reinkommt! Ganz komisches Verhalten in dieser Gemeinschaftspraxis! I've been there three times so far and every time the receptionists are rude and don't even greet you when you stand in front of them! They don't even look up and you feel like you're in a Viennese office! Unfriendly, not courteous and generally even more unfriendly to men! As if a man had to ask for an audience every time you come in! Very strange behavior in this group practice!
